PIM-MAT 2024 counselling has been conducted. PIM-MAT counselling was held at RA Podar Institute of Management, Rajasthan for the final shortlisted candidates. The final merit list on the basis of the PIM-MAT 2024 exam and GD-PI has been declared. During the counselling process, admission offers for any of the programmes would be extended on the basis of the candidate's position in the final merit list.
Q: When is PIM-MAT counselling scheduled?
PIM-MAT 2025 counselling will be held in second week of June 2025. The counselling process will be held for shortlisted candidates after the declaration of PIM-MAT results based on the merit in different categories. The presence of the candidate in the counselling process is a must. No leave permission will be granted on the day of the counselling. Candidates not appearing for the PIM-MAT counselling process will be disqualified.

Q: Is any other entrance scores accepted for admission at R.A Podar Institute of Management?
No, candidates with any other national/state management entrance test score will not be considered for shortlisting. Candidates will be required to appear for PIM MAT (R.A Podar Institute of Management-Management Aptitude Test ). They cannot use their other management entrance test scores as an alternative to PIM MAT for the admission process. This means that candidates will have to appear for PIM MAT that meets the admission criteria for the MBA programme at R.A Podar Institute of Management.
PIM MAT is expected to held in first week of June 2025. The exam is conducted in computer based mode. Candidates will be required to report at the alloted exam centre on the day of examination.

PIM MAT results 2025 will be announced soon after the PIM MAT 2025 is conducted. Candidates who will qualify the PIM MAT exam will be shortlisted for the interview rounds. Based on merit, four times the number of candidates as seats were called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview from amongst those applicants who qualified in the written examination. It was mandatory for candidates to be present in person for both Group Discussions and Personal Interviews.
PIM-MAT 2024 Admission Process: Group Discussion
During Group Discussion, the examination panel analysed the candidate’s interpersonal skills, leadership quality, along with other personality traits. Candidates were given a topic or a hypothetical situation and were asked to debate or express their point of view on the same.
PIM-MAT 2024 Admission Process: Personal Interview
A personal Interview is held to assess the candidate's communication skills, personality confidence level, and knowledge about the business industry. The institute takes into account the relevant work experience, academic record and extra-curricular activities of the candidate.
PIM-MAT 2024 Admission Process: Final Selection
Final selection will be based on the candidate’s overall performance in PIM-MAT exam, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

PIM-MAT 2024 Counselling
Candidates need to bring all the required documents along with the demand draft of Rs 75,200 (as partial fees) at the time of PIM-MAT counselling 2024. The demand draft has to be drawn in favour of Director, R A Podar Institute of Management, Jaipur, payable at Jaipur. The remaining amount will have to be deposited before the date stipulated by the institute. Candidates who fail to bring the required documents and demand draft will not be considered for PIM-MAT 2024 counselling. In counselling, the selected candidates are offered admission based on their ranks in the merit list.
For 2024 PIM MAT counselling, candidates must be present in person at the institute and if the candidate is suffering from COVID-19 and is unable to appear for the exam, then he/she can nominate someone on their behalf. The nominated candidate will have to carry a valid photo ID proof or Aadhar Card stating the relationship with the candidate along with the COVID-19 positive report of the candidate which is not older than 14 days.

Q: What is PIM-MAT cutoff?
Authorities have prescribed the section wise cutoff for PIM-MAT 2024: 35 percentile for General category 30 percentile for OBC category 25 percentile for SC and ST category. However, the overall qualifying percentile for written examination will be: 45 percentile for General category 40 percentile for OBC category 35 percentile for SC and ST category.

Yes, Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds are conducted soon after the declaration of PIM MAT results. Only shortlisted candidates will be able to appear for the PIM MAT 2024 GD/PI. Basis the candidate's performance in PIM MAT 2024 exam and selection rounds, PIM MAT 2024 final result will be announced on June 22, 2024.

The merit list will mention the name of the shortlisted candidates on the basis of the written examination score. The final result for PIM MAT 2024 will be announced on June 22, 2024.
