If you do not clear the SNAP cut off may not be eligible for admission to MBA programmers offered by SIU institutes. Meeting the minimum cut off is a mandatory requirement to be eligible for the Group Exercise (GE), Personal Interview (PI) and Writing Ability Test (WAT). Scores of every section will be taken into consideration for shortlisting of candidates along with their academic record. The candidates will also have to clear a personality assessment test which includes Group Exercise (GE), Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) round to be selected for SIU admission. This personality assessment round is conducted after SNAP result announcement and only those candidates are eligible who meet the SNAP cut off fixed by the institutes.

How to Calculate SNAP Score?
SNAP result is prepared in percentile, which is calculated from the raw score gained by candidates in the test. SNAP percentile is calculated with the same formula as followed for other MBA entrance exams. Given below is the official marking scheme on the basis of which the SNAP score is calculated.
-
Total marks of SNAP exam is 60
-
1 mark is awarded for every correct attempt
-
0.25 marks are deducted for every incorrect answer
- 0 marks are awarded for unanswered question
Total marks obtained in all the three sections of the SNAP question paper are added and the resulting overall score is scaled down to 50 to arrive at the candidate's final score. SNAP percentile is then calculated wrt total number of qualifying candidates and the final scorecard is prepared.

Q: What could be the score vs percentile for this year SNAP?
The score vs percentile for SNAP exam would depend on various factors such as the number of test-takers, the difficulty level of the exam, and the distribution of scores. It is difficult to predict the exact score vs percentile relationship for the upcoming SNAP exam. However, based on the previous year trends, a score of around 60-70 out of 150 may fetch you a percentile of around 80-85. Again, this is just an estimate, and the actual score vs percentile relationship may differ. It is important to note that the SNAP exam is just one of the factors that determine your admission to MBA programs, and the selection criteria of each college may vary.
