GPAT 2024 Registration
GPAT 2024 registration is organised by NBEMS this year instead of National Testing Agency (NTA). The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test or GPAT exam is a postgraduate-level, computer-based entrance test that is conducted for 3 hours.
The GPAT application form was released on April 19, 2024 in online mode. The GPAT entrance exam tests the knowledge and skills of the candidates through important subjects such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology, and Other subjects. GPAT is conducted in online mode for three hours at multiple exam centres across India tentatively in April.

Q: What documents need to be uploaded while filling out the GPAT application form?
At the time of GPAT 2025 application process, a candidate need to upload his/her passport-size photograph and signature images while filling out the application form. The passport-size photograph should be in JPG format and between 10 kb to 200 kb. The passport-size signature should be in JPG format and between 4 kb to 30 kb.
As per the NBE guidelines, a legible scanned images of a recent passport size photograph (file size 10Kb to 200Kb) should be either in colour or black & white with 80 percent face, without mask visible including ears against white background; and candidate's signature file size: 4 kb to 30 kb, PwD Certificate (if applicable) file size 50 kb to 300 kb, needs to be uploaded at the time of GPAT 2024 registration.
Q: How do I register to fill out the GPAT application form?
National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is the prime body that is responsible for organising and releasing the exam schedule and exam registration for the pharmacy entrance exam.
Candidates need to visit the official website to register. Thereafter, online registration and will have to be done through which a system-generated application number is generated. After filling in important details, upload scanned images such as a passport-sized photograph and a scanned copy of the signature. After completing all these steps, application fee payment is the next important and mandatory step. Choose the desired mode of payment (Net banking/ credit card/ debit card/ e-challan). At the end, a confirmation page will appear on the screen. Download the copy of that page for future reference.

The GPAT 2024 registration window will open as per the dates, announced by National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). So far the authorities have not released the start as well as end date to register for GPAT 2025.

Once the GPAT registration closes, NTA will open the GPAT application correction window for a period of two days. The GPAT 2024 application correction window facilitates candidates to make necessary changes in the GPAT application form at a later stage.

No, the student cannot fill out the GPAT 2025 application form directly without registering yourself on the NBEMS GPAT portal. The GPAT application fee will be paid through the bank e-challan in case the candidates opt for the cash payment option. For this, candidates are required to take the printout of challan format from the official website of GPAT. Later, visit the Bank and pay the required fee according to their category (SC/ST/General/OBC). Collect the Challan receipt and enter the challan number while filling the online application form. The GPAT application fee for General/OBC category was INR 2200. For candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/TRANSGENDER the GPAT application fee was INR 1100.

GPAT Answer Key 2024
GPAT 2024 official answer keys will be released by NTA at the official GPAT-NTA website for the candidates to analyse their performance. The GPAT answer key is released within two to three days of the exam date. Candidates can download the official GPAT answer key along with their individual response sheet from the NTA website.
