GITAM or Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management is the body that conducts GAT PGP for post-graduation level programmes in Pharmacy. The GITAM Admission Test (GAT) was held from 11 April 2023 to 21 April 2023. GITAM GAT PGP 2023 result was announced on 25 April 2023. GAT PGP 2023 application forms are now available on the official website of GITAM, gitam.edu.

GITAM GAT Pharmacy 2023 Eligibility
Eligibility criteria are the parameters a candidate should fulfil to appear for the GITAM GAT Pharmacy 2023 exam or GAT PGP 2023 exam. Eligibility criteria is one of the most crucial aspects concerning admission because if any discrepancy is found later on, it might result in cancellation of admission or candidature, even if the candidate has qualified for the entrance exam.
Below are the eligibility criteria for GITAM GAT PGP 2023 for M. Pharma
- The candidate should have a B. Pharma degree from recognised university with a minimum of 50 percent marks or equivalent grade.
- The candidate should have qualified GITAM GAT Pharmacy (PGP) 2023 for M. Pharma
- Candidates who have qualified for the GPAT/GATE and have a valid scorecard will be exempted from the GITAM GAT (PGP) 2023. However, the candidates have to appear for the counselling after applying for admission.
GITAM offers M. Pharm in four branches at their Vishakapatnam campus. Below are the four branches of M. Pharm programmes
- Master of Pharmacy – M.Pharm. Pharmaceutics
- Master of Pharmacy – M.Pharm. Pharmacology
- Master of Pharmacy – M.Pharm. Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Master of Pharmacy – M.Pharm. Pharmaceutical Analysis

GAT PGP 2023 Application form
GAT PGP 2023 application forms were available on the official website of GITAM University, gitam.edu. The last date to apply for GAT PGP 2023 was 30 March 2023. Candidates can fill out the GITAM GAT PGP application forms via both modes, online and offline. Candidates who wish to fill and submit the application form by sending a DD of Rs. 150 to GITAM University to get the hard copy of the application form through Post. Candidates can also collect the application forms from the authorised mentioned bank branches such as Union Bank of India, Indian Bank, and Karur Vysya Bank by paying a sum of INR 150.
Candidates who are applying via online procedure have to pay a sum of Rs. 800, which is a uniform fee for all genders and categories. Candidates can pay the fee through Credit/Debit or Net Banking. Candidates applying via offline mode have to send a DD in favour of GITAM University, payable at Visakhapatnam, at the University's address.
