CEE AMPAI BPharm Application Form 2019, Registration: Know How to Apply

Candidates can follow the given steps to fill out the online application form for CEE AMPAI 2025. 

Step 1: Click on the ' Apply online' link on ampai. in. Register on the website by filling in details like name, valid email ID etc in the "New Online Registration" section. Once registered, the candidates will receive a unique password on their e-mail IDs.

Step 2: The candidates will be required to visit the page and log in again. Using the Existing Users Login" section, the candidates will have to enter the email ID and password that they have received on their email ID. They will be able to fill out and submit the online application form for CEE AMPAI WB. The candidates can save this form and edit it later whenever they want to. However, the form can be submitted only once. The application form has to be submitted before the last date.

Once the candidates submit the form, no changes can be made. If the candidates face any issues, they can get in touch with AMPAI Helpline numbers. They will receive an email once their application form is submitted successfully.

Step 3: The third step is to pay an amount of Rs. 200 on the online payment gateway.

Step 4: The candidates are required to save the online payment receipt generated after successful acceptance of the payment. This will be required at the time of counselling and admission. They will also receive an SMS once the online registration process is completed.

The given steps can be followed to fill out the offline application form for CEE AMPAI 2025. 

Step 1:The students can download the exam application form from -  ampai. in.

Step 2: They are required to take a printout of the downloaded form and fill in the necessary fields

Step 3: They need to pay the application fee of Rs.200/- by DD in favour of the “Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes “or “AMPAI” payable at Kolkata.

Step 4: The duly filled-up application form along with the exam fee can be submitted either in person or by post to the following address:

AMPAI Office, Dwarka Building, 1st Floor, 7, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata, West Bengal.Pin  – 700 020.

The candidates will receive an SMS on their mobile number after the application forms are received.

• The application fee can be paid online using Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card.

• They need to pay the application fee of Rs.200/- by DD in favour of “Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes “or “AMPAI” payable at Kolkata.
