GPAT 2025 Application Form: Last Date to Register, Exam Fees & Process

NBEMS will announce the exam schedule for GPAT 2025 in the official notification. This year GPAT applciation form will be filled for a period of around 20 days.

Please note that a candidate can submit only one application form to apply for the exam. Multiple application form entry will not be accepted.

After the registration process, application correction window will open to facilities candidates in making few changed to the GPAT 2025 application form. This facility provides applicants a chance to rectify an incorrect information entered in the application form. However, any request for change in information after the application correction facility closes will not be entertained.

National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will release the GPAT 2025 application form tentatively in April, 2025. The application forms is available online and the application fee needs to be paid through online mode only. Students will be able to fill the GPAT online form till the last date. 

The exam conducting body opened the application correction facility for GPAT 2024 aspirants which allows them to make amends to the GPAT application form by providing Application Number, Password and Security Pin. However, after the final submission, no further changes will be accepted. Candidates can download and install the SANDES application as a secondary channel to receive time-to-time notifications from NTA.

Candidates need to visit the official website to register. Thereafter, online registration and will have to be done through which a system-generated application number is generated. After filling in important details, upload scanned images such as a passport-sized photograph and a scanned copy of the signature. After completing all these steps, application fee payment is the next important and mandatory step. Choose the desired mode of payment (Net banking/ credit card/ debit card/ e-challan). At the end, a confirmation page will appear on the screen. Download the copy of that page for future reference. 

At the time of GPAT 2025 application process, a candidate need to upload his/her passport-size photograph and signature images while filling out the application form. The passport-size photograph should be in JPG format and between 10 kb to 200 kb. The passport-size signature should be in JPG format and between 4 kb to 30 kb.

As per the NBE guidelines, a legible scanned images of a recent passport size photograph (file size 10Kb to 200Kb) should be either in colour or black & white with 80 percent face, without mask visible including ears against white background; and candidate's signature file size: 4 kb to 30 kb, PwD Certificate (if applicable) file size 50 kb to 300 kb, needs to be uploaded at the time of GPAT 2024 registration. 

Yes, there is no restrictions on the number of attempts that a candidate can give to appear for the GPAT entrance exam. However, there is a lower age limit to appear for the exam. Candidates not less than 17 years of age can only apply for the GPAT exam. The GPAT 2025 application process is generally conducted for a period of 30 days. The GPAT 2025 registration process will be organised online at the official admission portal. It is mandatory to register for the exam in order to apply for the MPharma course.

Initially, the candidate would be required to provide Email Id and Mobile No. to generate GPAT Application Number. Once the application no is generated, the applicants will have to enter their personal details such as name, father's name, address, contact number, email address and academic details such as class 10 and class 12 marks along with graduation marks and certificates. Candidates will have to upload Scanned passport-sized photograph and Scanned signature of size between 10 kb to 200 kb in JPG or JPEG format and size between 4 kb to 30 kb in JPG or JPEG format respectively at the time of filling the GPAT 2024 application form. The GPAT application fee for General/OBC/EWS category is INR 3500. For candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/TRANSGENDER the GPAT application fee is INR 2500. A candidates will have to pay applicable service/processing charges & GST over and above the examination fee via concerned Bank/ Payment Gateway Integrator.

The GPAT application fee will be paid through the bank e-challan in case the candidates opt for the cash payment option. For this, candidates are required to take the printout of challan format from the official website of GPAT. Later, visit the Bank and pay the required fee according to their category (SC/ST/General/OBC). Collect the Challan receipt and enter the challan number while filling the online application form. The GPAT application fee for General/OBC category was INR 2200. For candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/TRANSGENDER the GPAT application fee was INR 1100.

No, the student cannot fill out the GPAT 2025 application form directly without registering yourself on the NBEMS GPAT portal. The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is an annual all-India examination conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) to evaluate candidates for admission to Master's (M. Pharm) programs in pharmacy.  The exam will be conducted in online/computer-based mode. The syllabus and pattern of the question paper remain the same under NTAA total of 800 pharmaceutical participating institutes are expected to participate in GPAT 2025. National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will conduct GPAT entrance exam in online mode. The MPharma entrance exam is organised at the designated test centers across several cities in India. On the day of the examination, each candidate will be allotted a computer terminal at the exam centre where they will have to input correct answers against the questions being asked in the exam. Candidates will be able to appear for the exam in two shifts: morning and forenoon.
