The NEET MDS 2025 application process is likely to be released in the second week of January 2025. The application process of NEET MDS 2025 will be completely online. Hence, the last date of NEET MDS 2025 application is likely to be scheduled in the third week of January 2025. The actual date of NEET MDS 2025 application form will be announced by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) on its official website through notification and information bulletin. Given the fact that there is a delay in the commencement of the NEET MDS 2025 application process, the exam may get postponed as there is less than a month left. However, there is no official confirmation on this yet. 

NEET MDS 2025 exam will be conducted on January 31, 2025. NBE announced the exam date on November 27, 2024, through a common exam calendar. However, since the application form is yet to be announced, the exam date may get postponed. NBEMS is yet to announce an official confirmation. NEET MDS is a computer-based test of three hours duration, scheduled from 9 AM to 12 noon. 

NBE is expected to release the NEET MDS 2025 admit card in the third week of January 2025. The exam will be conducted on January 31, 2025. However, given the fact that the application process has not been announced even in the first week of January 2025, there is a high chance that the exam will be postponed. But there is no official update on this yet. The admit card will be released in an online mode. Only those candidates who completed the application process by paying the exam fee were issued the NEET MDS 2025 admit card. The admit card carries candidates' personal details and exam centre name and adress. It is a mandatory document to be carried at the exam centre on the day of the exam along with a valid photo identity card. 

Based on the previous years' trends, it is estimated that the NEET MDS application process will be conducted for a duration of three to four weeks, Last year, the NEET MDS application process was conducted from January 30, 2024, to February 19, 2024. NBE did not extend the NEET MDS application last date. However, the registration window was reopened in February since the internship deadline was extended. Based on the student requests or other factors, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), the exam conducting body may decide to extend the last date of application. The application fee has to be paid till the last date to complete the process. Candidates should note that they should complete the application process within the given deadline and not wait for NBE to extend the last date.

Based on the past years' trends, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) may extend or reopen the last date of application process based on external factors or student requests. Candidates are advised not to wait for an extended window and complete the registration process within the original deadline.

The NEET MDS 2024 exam date was originally scheduled for February 9, 2024. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) or NBE later postponed the exam date to March 18, 2024. Aspirants requested for further postponement of the exam, ideally till July 2024, similar to NEET PG 2024 exam. However, since NBE has completed the application process for NEET MDS 2024 on February 19, and there is no official information regarding the change in the exam date, it is expected that there will not be any further change in the exam date for NEET MDS 2024. Moreover, the Supreme Court of India has also not given the decision in favour of the postponing the exam date or the internship deadline. Aspirants must complete the application process on time and prepare for NEET MDS 2024 without worrying about the postponement of the exam date.

NBE will provide the NEET MDS 2025 application correction window in two phases. The NEET MDS 2025 application correction window will be open tentatively in the first week of January 2025. The final application correction window or the image correction facility will be open in the second week of February 2025. Only those candidates completing the NEET MDS application process will be allowed to opt for this facility where they will be given a chance to make changes in selected fields. 

No. NEET MDS is conducted only once a year. The exam is generally conducted in the first week of March. National Board of Examinations (NBE) conducts the exam for admission in postgraduate dental courses in medical institutes. NEET MDS application form is released online and candidates have to submit it there only. No offline and any other mode of application is accepted.
