What if a student gets caught cheating during CBSE Class 10, 12 practical exams 2024?
CBSE Board Exam 2024 Class 10, 12: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to conduct CBSE 10th, 12th practical exams 2024 from January 1 to February 14, 2024. To conduct the Class 10, 12 CBSE Practical Exam 2024 smoothly, the Board has released some important directives to be followed by both students, as well as, the schools. During exams, it is often observed that some students try using unfair means to excel in their papers. However, the Board in its latest notification has released repercussions of using unfair means during CBSE Practical Exam 2024.

Action against use of Unfair Means during CBSE Class 10, 12 Practical Exam 2024
The Board clearly stated that examiners have to report any incident of use of unfair means during the CBSE Class 10, 12 practical exams 2024. It said, “Students found guilty of communicating or attempting to communicate with Examiners with the objective of influencing them in any way whatsoever or using any other undesirable means for taking undue advantage during exams/assessments will be deemed to have used/attempted unfair means. Examiners are required to report at once about such cases along with complete facts/papers/witnesses to the concerned Regional Office.”
Board’s right to cancel the CBSE Practical Examination 2024
The Board further stated that it has the right to cancel CBSE practical exam 2024 under unfair circumstances. “In case, it is observed that directions of the Board have not been complied with by the schools, the Board reserve its right to cancel the Practical examination,” the Board said.
CBSE Class 10, 12 Practical Exams 2024 Important guidelines
For the smooth conduct of CBSE practical exams 2024 Class 10, 12, the Board has released important SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and guidelines. Students and stakeholders must note that guidelines for Class 10, 12 CBSE practical exams 2024 is now available on the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in. In the official notice, CBSE stated, “To bring in uniformity of instructions and to ensure the correctness of procedures Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the conduct of practical examinations/ project/ internal assessment of both the classes have been prepared by the Board.”
CBSE Class 10, 12 Date Sheet 2024 Released
Meanwhile, according to the official CBSE date sheet 2024 issued, CBSE Class 10 board exam 2024 will be conducted from February 15 to March 13, 2024, and CBSE Class 12 board exams 2024 for science, arts and commerce streams will be conducted from February 15 to April 2, 2024.
