The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has commenced the registration process for students entering Classes 9 and 11 for the upcoming academic year. Schools can begin submitting registration data through the Pariksha Sangam link at parikshasangam.cbse.gov.in. This initiative aims to facilitate the planning and organization of the Class 10 and 12 board exams for the next academic session.
Registration Details and Deadlines
CBSE has directed all affiliated schools to ensure the accurate and timely submission of students’ registration data. This step is crucial for maintaining up-to-date records and avoiding errors in students’ personal details, which are essential for board exam mark sheets used in verification processes for admissions, jobs, and identity purposes.
The registration process for Classes 9 and 11 will proceed as follows:
- Without Late Fee: The last date for submitting registration data is October 16, 2024.
- With Late Fee: Schools that miss the initial deadline can submit data with a late fee from October 16 to October 18, 2024.
- Registration Closure: The final date for registration, including late fee submissions, is October 24, 2024.
Important Instructions for Schools
Before registering, schools must update their data on the Online Affiliated School Information System (OASIS) and the HPE portal. The CBSE has emphasized that only teachers currently teaching the respective classes should be listed as TGTs/PGTs to ensure the appointment of qualified evaluators for quality assessments.

- Class 11: INR 300
- With Late Fee:
- Class 9: INR 2,300
- Class 11: INR 2,300
For Students Abroad:
- Without Late Fee:
- Class 9: INR 500
- Class 11: INR 600
- With Late Fee:
- Class 9: INR 2,500
- Class 11: INR 2,600
Additional fees include:
- Training Fee: INR 20,000 (for both Classes 9 and 11)
- Sports Fee: INR 10,000 (for both Classes 9 and 11)

Following the registration process, CBSE will issue the date sheets for the 2025 board exams, which will be available on the official CBSE portal.
