IGNOU BA Urdu Admissions 2022 begins; know where and how to apply

IGNOU BA Urdu Admission 2022: Indira National Open University (IGNOU) has begun the admission process for the BA programme in Urdu for the Ignou January 2022 session. All those candidates who are interested in BA Urdu admissions must note that the last date to fill and submit the application form is January 31, 2022. There will be no entrance test for entry in the bachelor degree programme. All seats of the admissions will be filled upon the qualifying exam score of the applicant. 

To be eligible for the BA course, one must have cleared 10+2 from a recognized board. The fee for the BA Urdu course is Rs 9,900 to be paid year-wise Rs 3,300 per year. The University has launched Bachelor of Arts under the Choice Based Credit System. It is a broad based programme with a mix of disciplinary, interdisciplinary and skill-based courses.

The IGNOU follows the credit system for offering all its programmes. One credit is equal to 30 hours of learner’s study time. To earn a Bachelor’s Degree, a learner has to complete 132 credits in six semesters.

IGNOU BA Admissions 2022: How to apply

Candidates can apply for the IGNOU BA Urdu course by following the simple steps given below:

• Go to the university’s website
• Hit the “Click Here For New Registration” tab, and register yourself
• After this, select your course and do not forget the Course ID
• Now, click on the “Application” option and move forward
• In the application form, fill all the personal and academic details correctly
• After this, submit a one-year fee of around INR 3,500
• Now, submit all the required educational files/documents
• After reviewing all the information, click on the “Submit” button
• By completing all the steps mentioned above, the institute will accept the application
• Take a screenshot or printout of the form for future use.
