IIT Ropar PhD Admissions 2022 begins, Know eligibility and steps to apply

All those candidates who want to pursue regular, direct, external, part-time and PMRF PhD from the institute can now apply by visiting the official website of IIT Ropar. The last date to apply is on or before October 3, 2022. However, external and part-time applicants can apply for the PhD programme in any discipline throughout the year.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar is now inviting applications for PhD admissions. IIT Ropar PhD Admissions: Eligibility

• Candidates who have degree in BE/BTech/ME/MA/MSc/MCA/MPharma/MVSc/MD/MS/Integrated BS-MS, etc. are eligibile to apply.
• Applications are invited for admission in the followung departments:
  Biomedical Engg, Chemical Engg, Civil Engg, Computer Science & Engg, Electrical Engg, Mechancial Engg, Metallurgical & Materials Engg, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Humanities & Social Sciences.

IIT Ropar PhD Admissions 2022: How to Apply

Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to apply to IIT Ropar PhD Admissions 2022:

• Go to the official online admission portal of IIT Ropar; i.e. onlineportal.iitrpr.ac.in
• Choose the option create new account in the user login menu
• Enter a login name of your choice and a valid email address. An email will be sent from IIT Ropar's mail-id for verification.
• Login to the site and follow the links in the Main menu on the left to fill your application form online
• Enter all your important details
• Click on submit tab
• Take a print out for future reference

IIT Ropar PhD Admissions 2022: Application fee

For GEN/ OBC: INR 200

For Women/ SC/ ST/ PWD: INR 100

For MTech:

• INR 500 for GEN/OBC/EWS
• INR 250 For SC/ST/PWD
