AEEE 2024 Phase 2 Exam Date Clashes with Lok Sabha Elections; Will Dates be Rescheduled?

The second phase of the AEEE exam is slated to take place from May 2nd to May 12th and will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode across the country. Phase 3 of the Lok Sabha Elections encompasses several states, including Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Dadar & Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu, and Jammu and Kashmir. This geographic spread poses logistical challenges for candidates who might find themselves in areas hosting both the election and the examination simultaneously.

Despite the looming overlap, Amrita Vishwavidyapeetham has yet to announce any alteration to the AEEE phase 2 dates. However, considering the national scale of AEEE with examination centres in 149 cities across the country, the university might deliberate on rescheduling. Notably, the university has confirmed that no decision has been made in this regard.

Candidates who have participated in phase 1 of the AEEE exam, conducted from January 16th to 22nd and are also to participate in phase 2 exams, are reminded that their best score among both phases will be considered for admission.
