AEEE 2024 Phase 2 Exam Date Revised; Registrations Open at amrita.edu

Amrita University has revised the exam date for AEEE phase 2 exam. The exam will now start earlier than the previously announced date, which is from May 2. Check complete report below.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has announced the revised date for the Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE) 2024 Phase 2. AEEE exam, which serves as a gateway for admission to various undergraduate engineering programs offered by the university, will now be conducted from May 2 to May 12, 2024. Initially, the AEEE phase 2 exam was scheduled to be held between May 10 to 14, tentatively.

Amrita University will hold AEEE 2024 in two phases, with each phase offering three slots. Candidates have the option to select their exam date and time through the AEEE slot booking process based on their availability. Those who do not book slots will be assigned them based on availability. The slots booked by candidates will be reflected on the AEEE admit card.

The last date to apply for phase 2 exams will be announced in due course. Also, the varsity will announce the slot booking dates and the admit card release date.

Registrations for AEEE 2024 Phase 2 are now open and aspiring candidates can apply online through the official website. It is imperative for candidates to carefully review the eligibility criteria and ensure that all necessary documents are submitted before the deadline.

The online AEEE application form is common for BTech admission at various Amrita campuses, including Amaravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, and Nagercoil (newly added in 2024). Students who have passed or are appearing for their 10+2 exams in 2024 are eligible to apply for the AEEE this year. Additionally, candidates who participated in Phase 1 of the AEEE 2024 exam can also take the AEEE Phase 2 exam by paying an extra fee of INR 600. However, the first time registering candidates have to pay the application fee of INR 1200.

The AEEE 2024 application process involves completing personal and academic profiles, filling in application details, paying the applicable fee and uploading scanned documents.

The AEEE is a highly competitive examination that attracts thousands of engineering aspirants from across the country. Admission to the BTech programs at Amrita School of Engineering relies on both JEE Main and AEEE scores. 70% of the seats are assigned based on AEEE scores, with the remaining 30% filled according to JEE Main ranks.

Amrita conducted AEEE phase 1 exam from January 16 to January 22, and the results were announced on February 14.
