JEE Advanced 2025 Fee Hiked for Foreign Exam Centres; 224 Cities to Host the Exam
IIT Kanpur has released the JEE Advanced 2025 exam centre list. This year the exam will be held across 222 Indian cities and 2 foreign cities. Check all the details below.
JEE Advanced 2025 will be held on May 18 in computer-based test mode. The exam will be held across two exam centres outside India in Abu Dhabi and Kathmandu and this year the Dubai exam centre has been dropped. In India, the JEE Advanced 2025 exam centres will be made available across 222 cities. The JEE Advanced exam centres have been divided into seven zones under IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Hyderabad, and IIT Roorkee.
During JEE Advanced 2025 registration, candidates have to select ten cities they prefer. While efforts will be made to assign a city from the choices candidates make, there may be rare situations where a different city is given instead.
IIT Kanpur has released the JEE Advanced 2025 information brochure and as per the details on it, the JEE Advanced 2025 application fee has been hiked this year only for the examination centres in foreign countries. That means the candidates who will choose Abu Dhabi and Kathmandu as exam centres will have to pay USD 150 and USD 250 for candidates residing in non-SAARC countries. This amount is USD 50 more than last year. However, the JEE Advanced application fee for examination centres in India is the same as last year. The JEE Advanced application fee is mentioned in the table below:
