JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Exams to be Held on Scheduled Dates Amid Lok Sabha Election: Report

Lok Sabha Elections 2024: According to the updated calendar, the JEE Main 2024 session 2 is set to be held from April 4 to 15. While the Lok Sabha Elections will commence on April 19, NTA has stated that there will be no change in the JEE Main exam dates 2024. Check details here 

JEE Main Session 2 Exam 2024: The Lok Sabha Elections are set to begin on April 19 and conclude on June 1. Given that the election schedule coincides with several national-level entrance tests, there has been concern among students regarding the delay of engineering entrance examinations. Despite this, the National Testing Agency (NTA) assures that the exam date for the JEE Main 2024 session 2 will remain unchanged. 

According to the updated schedule, the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 session 2 is slated to be held from April 4 to 15. Previously, these examinations were set for April 1 to April 15 but have been postponed, with the specific reasons for the delay not disclosed.

No change in JEE Main Schedule 2024 

As per TOI, NTA has stated that “JEE Main session 2 and NEET will be as per schedule.” With this confirmation, it is unlikely that JEE Main session 2 dates will be revised. Now, going as per the schedule, the JEE Main city intimation slip is expected to be released by this week. 

Once released, candidates can download the JEE Main 2024 city intimation slip online at the official website: jeemain.nta.ac.in. They have to use their application number and password to download JEE Main session 2 city intimation slip.
