NIT Trichy's Techno-Managerial Festival Pragyan'24 Set for February 22 to 25

NIT Trichy: The National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli will be organising the annual techno-managerial festival Pragyan 2024 over the course of four days from February 22 to 25. This time, the institute will conduct a national technical competition focusing on critical sectors such as healthcare, environmental sustainability, and defence technology, underscoring the institute's commitment to addressing some of the most challenges faced by society today.

In addition to the competition, Pragyan '24 is set to feature a comprehensive events that promise to enrich and diversify the festival experience for all attendees. The four-day event will also host an array of events including workshops. These components of the festival collectively aim to foster a deeper understanding of technological innovation and its potential to drive positive change across multiple domains. 

Events at NIT Trichy's Pragyan '24

The fest will feature a 32-hour long hackathon based on tackling blockchain, environmental sustainability, and smart city challenges. NIT Trichy will also celebrate the Indian Space Research Organisation’s (ISRO) historic Chandrayaan-3 moon landing during the fest. The institute has also planned a guest lecture featuring Nobel laureate Richard Roberts and thought-provoking workshops led by industry professionals.

The theme of Pragyan '23 was Cyberscape. The edition had many sessions with renowned speakers, scholars, and eminent personalities on our Pragyan Guest Lectures and Q&A sessions. With events, podcasts, and articles spreading awareness and information, Pragyan is sustaining its zeal.
