GATE 2023 registration without late fee ends today; How to apply, documents required and fees

GATE 2023 registration without late fee ends today: The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur will conclude the GATE 2023 registration without a late fee today, October 7, 2022. Candidates willing to appear for GATE 2023 but still have not applied must complete the GATE 2023 registration latest by today. The GATE 2023 registration process with a late fee amount will continue till October 14, 2022, for the applicants who fail to fill out the GATE application form by October 7. However, such candidates will be required to pay an extra INR 500 while filling the GATE 2023 registration form.

Candidates must check the prescribed eligibility criteria before proceeding to apply for GATE 2023. The GATE 2023 registration process involves important steps including registration, filling personal and educational detail, uploading required documents and payment of the application fee.

On October 4, the conducting authorities once again extended the last date of the GATE 2023 application form. Earlier, it was supposed to be concluded on October 4, 2022.

GATE 2023 Registration: How to apply

Candidates need to follow the below-mentioned guidelines to complete the GATE 2023 registration:

• Go to the official website at iitk.ac.in.
• On the homepage, find and click on the login option.
• Click on the register as a ‘new user’ and enter the required detail in the GATE 2023 registration form and create a strong password.
• Upon registration, login using the registered email ID and password.
• Now, fill the GATE 2023 application form by entering the required personal and education details.
• Upload the scanned copies of the required documents in the prescribed format.
• Preview the filled GATE form 2023 and then click on submit button.
• Now, pay the GATE 2023 registration fee using any of the available payment modes.
• Take a printout of the submitted GATE registration form 2023 for future reference.

The candidates need to pay the GATE exam fee during filling the GATE 2023 application form as per the below-mentioned fee details:

• Candidate’s photograph and signature
• Valid Photo ID – Aadhaar Card/ Voter ID/PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/ College ID
• Passport/ Govt. Issued ID/College ID/Employee ID- (For applicants from abroad)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Disability or PwD Certificate (if applicable)
