University of Delhi (DU) has around 13,500 PG seats in its 77 postgraduate programs being offered by 58 departments.

Delhi University will come up with two separate merit lists for admission to its 13,500 postgraduate seats in 77 postgraduate courses. One of these merit lists will be the combined merit list based on the CUET-PG 2023 score of students of DU and other universities. While the second merit will be released only for the students of DU.

The University has announced that this year admission to its postgraduate courses will be based on CUET-PG Result score. The merit list will be different for each of the courses. This time the varsity has decided to admit students on the basis of marks obtained through the Common University Entrance Test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

University of Delhi (DU) has around 13,500 PG seats in its 77 postgraduate programs being offered by 58 departments. These also include the seats of NCWEB (Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board).

Admission to all postgraduate courses will be based on the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS PG). Students have to register themselves through this system. CSAS-PG will start after the declaration of the result by NTA.

There will be a separate list for each program in the seat allotment system. There will be two categories of merit lists. The first list will be the common merit list. This list will be a combined list of students who have graduated from Delhi University and students who have graduated from outside the university. For the second category, only Delhi University students will be placed on the merit list.

Seats will be allotted to the students as per their highest possible preference considering the availability of seats in the program-based merit list.

Though the registration for Delhi University undergraduate courses commenced on June 14, through the CSAS portal, the registration and admission process for admission to postgraduate courses of DU has not started yet.

The registration process for PG courses is likely to start after the second week of July.
