JEE Main 2022 registration date delayed, Check other engineering exams to apply for BTech admission

As registration for JEE Main 2022 has been delayed, candidates can apply for various other popular engineering entrance exams for B.Tech admission in premier institutes like Manipal Institute of Technology, VIT, SRM University and others. 

The NTA has not yet announced the notification for JEE Mains 2022. The registration process, which usually starts in the month of December, has been delayed. It is expected that JEE Main application form 2022 will be released in the second week of January. JEE Mains 2022 will be held in four sessions in February, March, April and May.

Besides JEE Main, application forms for many other engineering entrance exams offered by various premier institutes have been released. Candidates can fill the application form and apply for B.Tech admission 2022 in these institutes. The list of engineering entrance exam 2022 where candidates can apply is given here.

VITEEE 2022: The application forms for B.Tech admission to Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has been released. VITEEE 2022 Application forms are available online on the official website of the institute.

Candidates can apply online until March 31. The entrance exam will be held tentatively in the last week of April. VITEEE is the common entrance exam for admission in Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT Bhopal and VIT Andhra Pradesh.

Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after July 1, 2000, and have a minimum of 55% marks in class 12 can apply for the exam. Candidates who are appearing in the class 12 exams in 2022 are also eligible to apply.

SRMJEEE 2022: The SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai has released the application form for B.Tech admission. Students seeking admission in B.Tech courses in any of the campuses of SRM located at Chennai (Kattankulathur, Vadapalani, Ramapuram, Tiruchirappalli); Delhi-NCR, Ghaziabad (UP); Sonepat, Haryana and Andhra Pradesh need to apply for SRMJEEE 2022.

SRMJEEE 2022 application form is available online and can be filled from the official website of the institute. The entrance exam will be held in three phases on January 8, 9; April 23, 24 and June 25, 26 respectively. The last date to apply for phase 1 was January 2 but students can apply for phases 2 and 3. The last date for Phase 2 is April 18 and for Phase 3. students can apply till June 20.

MET 2022: The application forms for Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2022 have been released. Candidates interested in B.Tech admission in Manipal Institute of Technology (Manipal Academy of Higher Education) can fill the application form online from the institute website. The last date to fill the application form is March 15. The date for MET 2022 exam has not been announced yet but it is expected to be held in April.

AEEE 2022: The application form for B.Tech admission in Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has been released and is available online. Candidates can fill AEEE 2022 application form from the institute website. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is a Deemed University and Institute of Eminence. The B. Tech. programs are offered at Amritapuri, Amaravati, Bengaluru, Coimbatore and Chennai campuses of the School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. AEEE 2022 entrance exam will be held tentatively in April.

WBJEE 2022: The application forms for WBJEE 2022 or West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination has been released. Candidates can fill the application form online. The last date to apply for WBJEEE 2022 is January 10. The entrance exam will be conducted on April 23. Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech courses at various institutes of West Bengal need to qualify WBJEE entrance exam.
