The Bar Council of India (BCI) will share notification for AIBE 17 anytime soon, as informed by its representative to Delhi Bar Council on December 6. The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) official website is currently under maintenance. This year, AIBE has been delayed without notice as the matter was in Supreme Court on concerns of 'proper conduct of examination'. However, now AIBE 17 is now expected to be held in the last week of December 2022 or in January 2023.
The exam authority has not informed about availability of AIBE 2022 application form on the website yet. Candidates can keep checking the official website on regular basis, as the AIBE 2022 application forms to be out anytime.

As a relief to provisionally enrolled candidates, Bar Council of Delhi, and Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh has ensured that enrolled candidates without COP will be allowed to appear before the court as the exam has been delayed. Therefore, candidates enrolled in other State Bar Councils can also expect the same relief until the exam is conducted.
BCI will be conducting 18th qualifying examination for Foreign Law degree from December 19 to 24, 2022, as rescheduled.
