The All India Bar Examination XVII application forms are available except for candidates enrolled with Bar Council of Telangana, Bar Council of Sikkim, Bar Council of Uttarakhand, and Bar Council of Jharkhand. These candidates will be able to register for AIBE XVII only after December 15, 5 pm onwards. The Bar Council of India has not stated any specific reason for the delay in availability of application forms for these state bar council enrolled candidates.

The official website floated the message, "All Candidates who are registered with Bar Council of Telangana, Sikkim, Uttarakhand & Jharkhand are requested to fill their forms after 15th December 2022 5 pm."

All the candidates enrolled with any of the mentioned state bar councils need to apply for AIBE XVII only after 5 pm tomorrow. The candidates who were not able to fill or submit AIBE 2022 application form, even if they could register completely, need to save their details and try submitting it after 5 pm on December 15.
