Multidisciplinary 3-Year LL.B. (Hons.) programme at Mahindra University aimed at boosting expertise in Corporate Law, Business Law, Criminal Law, International Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Civil & Technology Law. Private Law, Public Law.
Mahindra University has announced the multidisciplinary 3-Year LL.B. (Hons.) programme for future-ready legal professionals with an intake of 60 students in the first batch.
In order to be eligible for this course, the students must have a score of 60%, or an equivalent grade, in under graduation. The students also have to undergo a panel interview to prove their mettle and secure their admission. The last date for receipt of applications for admissions is October 27, 2022.
On the introduction of this new-age LL.B. (Hons.) course, Dr Yajulu Medury, Vice-Chancellor, of Mahindra University said, “As one of the largest and most dynamic professions in India, the faculty of law requires practitioners to be agile and flexible in their learnings and outlook towards the judiciary. Over the past two decades, the demand for trained legal professionals has grown rapidly. As per recent industry estimates, the intake for law professionals across India’s leading law firms in 2021 exhibited uptake of almost 15-25% and it’s further expected to grow in the coming years. Our vision behind this innovative LL.B. (Hons.) program is to offer students in-depth knowledge about the intricacies of law and enable them to leverage this knowledge in the service of the society and protection of the greater good.”

The innovative program is aimed at transforming legal education and nurturing a new generation of legal professionals possessing expertise across imperative domains such as corporate law, business law, criminal law, international law, intellectual property law, civil & technology law, private law, and public law.
