DME Assam has stated, “All the provisionally selected candidates who are either newly allotted or changed College are hereby directed to report to the office of the Principal of the respective Colleges with following terms and conditions on 22nd & 23rd October 2024, failing of which his/her allotment shall be cancelled.”

DME Assam has further stated, “Candidates who were admitted into the MBBS/BDS courses session 2024 in previous counselling and re-allotted MBBS/BDS seats in the 3rd counselling of state quota seats, their earlier seats and institution shall automatically be cancelled. Candidates who were admitted in 1st round of counselling and subsequently allotted another Medical /Dental College, shall have to report to the newly allotted Medical/Dental College with the acknowledgement receipts/documentary proof of submitting the certificates/testimonials etc. issued by the previous Medical /Dental College. Candidates who are newly provisionally selected shall have to report to the allotted college and deposit the original Admit Cards, Marks Sheets, Pass Certificates of HSLC and HSSLC or Equivalent examination, caste certificate and documents to the Principal of the respective Colleges at the time of admission on receipt of acknowledgement from the college authority.”
