CUET UG 2024 will be administered from May 15 to May 31, 2024 in computer-based mode. Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate courses must pull up their socks to begin preparation for CUET 2024. Know the CUET UG 2024 exam pattern and CUET important topics to prepare from.

National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct CUET UG 2024 exam from May 15, 2024 onwards. Candidates seeking admission to UG courses offered by CUET accepting universities will have to appear for CUET 2024 exam. Candidates gearing up for CUET exam must check the exam pattern and important topics for the subject they are appearing for. CUET exam consists of 27 domain subjects. Candidates will be required to map the CUET subjects as per the university and course criteria.

CUET 2024 Exam Date

CUET 2024 exam is scheduled to be held from May 15, 2024 to May 31, 2024. The exam will be held in computer-based mode. Candidates will have to report at the allotted exam centre on the day of examination to appear for the exam. The CUET exam centre and timing and will be declared through CUET intimation slip.

To prepare for the CUET exam, candidates must be thorough with the CUET exam pattern.

CUET UG 2024 Important Topics

CUET UG exam is divided into three sections: Language, Domain subjects, and General Test. Refer below to know the important topics for each section:

CUET Important Topics for Section 1: Language  

  • Reading Comprehension
  • Verbal Ability
  • Rearranging the parts
  • Choosing the correct word
  • Synonyms and Antonyms
  • Vocabulary

CUET Important Topics for Section 2: Domain Subjects

Candidates will be required to map the domain subjects as per the course criteria and candidate’s stream (Science, Commerce, Maths). To prepare for CUET domain subjects, candidates must refer to NCERT books for important topics.

CUET Important Topics for Section 3: General Test

  • General Knowledge, Current Affairs
  • General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability
  • Reasoning (simple application of basic mathematical concepts, Quantitative Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration and Statistics)
  • Logical and Analytical Reasoning
