CG BSc Nursing 2023: Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus, Results

CG BSc nursing 2023 exam is a state-level entrance exam which is conducted by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board or CG Vyapam to facilitate admission in to four year BSc Nursing programme across colleges in Chhattisgarh State. Candidates who have passed class 12 exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects are eligible to apply for the CG BSc Nursing entrance exam.

CG BSc nursing 2023 eligibility criteria are decided by the conducting body Christian Medical College Ludhiana Society. The eligibility criteria is decided on three parameters, Nationality, Age, and Academic qualification. Below are the criteria:

• Candidates should be Indian National
• Candidates should possess a domicile of Chhattisgarh State
• Candidates should be at least 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year in which admission is sought
• Candidates should have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects securing 45 percent in aggregate 

CG BSc Nursing 2023 Application forms were available from May 13, 2023 till May 28, 2023. The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CPEB) commonly known as CG Vyapam organised and managed the entire application process online. Candidates were required to visit the official website of CG Vyapam to apply for the exam at https://vyapam.cgstate.gov.in/node/Exam Form. Candidates were required to provide their details such as the domicile details, uploading photographs and scanned images of the signature along with the Basic information, contact information and choice of centre city. The application process was deemed to be complete only when the application fee payment was done. The application fee for the General Category candiadtes was 200, for OBC category candidates was INR 150 and for the SC / ST / Physically Disabled category candidate was INR 100.

CG BSc Nursing 2023 exam pattern is all about the exam and the question paper. The exam pattern contains the details such as the duration of the exam, number of questions and type of questions. CG BSc Nursing 2023 exam will be a computer-based test which will be conducted at the State level. The question paper carries four sections Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology). There are 100 questions in total. Each section carries 25 questions. The exam does not carry negative marking.

CG BSc Nursing 2023 Admit Card or Hall Ticket is generally released 10 days before the exam. The CG BSc Nursing 2023 Admit Card was released on June 17, 2023. The admit card is a mandatory document that must be carried by the candidates to enter the exam centre on the day of the exam. Along with the candidates’ details, information about the exam timetable and address of the Test center will be mentioned on the admit card. CG BSc nursing 2023 result is announced in third week of July every year. The conducting body has not announced any exact date when it will announce the CG BSc nursing 2023 result. Candidates have to check their result by visiting the official website of CG Vyapam. Candidates have to login using their username/application number with the password. The result will be uploaded on the official website soon after the CG BSc nursing 2023 exam gets concluded. 

The counselling dates have not been announced yet by CG Vyapam. The counselling will be held to conclude the admission process and will be conducted to allot the seats in private and government nursing colleges across the Chhattisgarh State. On the basis of the merit list CG Vyapam will shortlist and invite the selected candidates for the counselling process. The organizing body will verify the documents before confirming the seat allotment. The conducting body will release the list of documents which are required by the candidates along with the counselling day guidelines. The shortlisted candidates have to report physically at the allotted venue of the counselling physically and failing to which may be subject to disqualification from the counselling and seat allotment process. Candidates will be given preference according to their rank in the entrance test. There will be no second counselling and no waiting list will be issued.
