Indian Army B.Sc. Nursing Exam Date 2024 (Released): Check Application Form & Other Dates

DGMS released the Indian Army BSc application form on July 29, 2024. The application process for the upcoming academic year has been shared by the DGMS via an official notification on the official website. Applicants who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply online.  

Yes, from 2022 onwards, DGMS mandated the candidates to quality NEET UG in order to apply for the India Army BSc Nursing exam. There is no seperate exam to apply for the MNS services. 

Candidates would be required to pay the application fee on the date of filling their Indian Army BSc Nursing application form. Without paying the application fee, the Indian Army BSc nursing registration process won’t be considered as completed. The last date to fill the Indian Army BSc Nursing application form is August 9, 2024, earlier it was August 7, 2024. 

As per the official notification released for MNS, the last date to fill the application form has been announced by DGCA. The MNS application window will remain open till August 9, 2024. 

The official date of Indian Army BSc Nursing result has not been declared yet. The Indian Army BSc Nursing result is released in the form of a merit list at the official website. Candidates will be able to check the final merit list wherein the ranks and the interview dates will be mentioned. It is important to appear for the interview in order to seek final selection to the chosen programme. 

The counselling schedule for Indian Army BSc Nursing will be announced by the exam conducting body, DGMS. After the result is declared, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview and medical examination. Based on the performance of a candidate in all the rounds, written exam, personal interview and medical examination, a final merit list will be prepared. After satisfying all the medical and other physical prerequisites, the candidates will be given admission to their respective choice of college, out of the total six colleges of nursing institutes across India. 

After the announcement of the Indian Army BSc Nursing result, shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview round on the allocated dates as mentioned in their call letter. The interview is conducted after the NEET entrance exam, Test of General Intelligence and General English (ToGIGE), and Psychological Aptitute Test (PAT). The medical examination is the last step of the selection process. 

There is application correction window facility after the registration window closes. Candidates are advised to carefully fill the Indian Army BSc Nursing application form. 

The official date for the release of Indian Army BSc Nursing admit card is not issued after the exam conducting body has started accepting the NEET UG scores. On the contrary, for admission to the MNS, a general aptitude test and an psychological aptitude test will be conducted to screen the candidates for admission. 

DGMS has not yet announced the schedule for the ToGIGE and PAT entrance. It is mandatory for the candidates to appear for the NEET 2024 entrance exam in order to participate in further rounds. Indian Army BSc nursing 2024 entrance exam is being held for screening the highly deserving candidates for the BSc nursing programme. Only female candidates are eligible to appear for the entrance test. 

The  Indian Army BSc nursing medical examination is the last step of the selection process. After the interview round, candidates will have to undergo the medical examination on the same day at the designated center. The centre information and the medical examination dates will be shared by DGMS with the shortlisted candidates on the official website.
