BSC DU Admission Process 2024
Candidates interested in taking admission to the BSc programmes offered by the University of Delhi, need to appear in the CUET UG examination which is being conducted by the NTA, (National Testing Agency) every year. Right from registration like filling out the application form, paying the application fee, selection examination city preferences, and selection of the university in which candidates need to take enrolment will be done on the CUET UG web portal ie., CUET UG Samarth portal- cuetug.ntaonline.in/.
Filling out the CUET UG application form, admit card download, appearing in the examination and result download will be done under the NTA body, not by the DU officials. However, candidates who have taken CUET UG examination and wish to enrol in the University of Delhi, have to separately apply to the DU CUET UG counselling registration available on the DU official website ie., the DU CSAS UG portal. The release of the BSc DU cut-off, opening and closing rank list of the participating colleges in Delhi University will be administered by the DU, admission branch.

Q: How many courses are offered through CUET UG?
CUET UG scores are accepted by more than 150 universities across India. The number of UG courses offered through CUET UG varies from university to university. Top central university like Delhi University offers 79 UG courses, BHU offers 18 UG courses and so forth. Candidates seeking admission to central, state, private or deemed universities throiugh CUET scores must check the list of courses offered and eligibility for each course.
Q: Can I get direct admission to DU for MCom?
The admission process for MCom at Delhi University up until 2021 was offered across two categories: Direct Admission and Through Entrance Test. Also, along with the entrance exam, interview rounds were also conducted for admission to Delhi University PG programmes.
There was no minimum age limit to take admission to the MSc programme offered by the university. However, DU PG admission 2022-23 was subject to a valid score in DUET as announced by the University. Starting 2023, the admission process of DU for its postgraduate courses, such as MA, MSc and MCom will be subject to the CUET-PG exam conducted by NTA.
After the results, qualified students will be required to appear for the seat allocation process conducted by the university for final seat allotment. While there is no information on direct admission on the official website of DU or its affiliated colleges students are advised to visit the admission office for more details on the same.
Q: How can I get admission in DU for LLM?

Step 1: DU LLM Application Process 2025
Aspirants meeting the eligibility condition can apply online. They need to fill out the application form, upload documents and pay the application fee.
Step 2: Entrance Exam/ Selection
DU accepts CUET PG score for admission to LLM course. The faculty of Law conducts LLM Entrance Test in online mode for a duration of two hours for shortlisting aspirants for LLM admission.
Step 3: Counselling
All admissions will be made after physical or online counselling. The shortlisted candidates are called for counselling and document verification. After verification, candidates need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.
