Savitribai Phule Pune University (also known as UniPune, SPPU and Pune University) offers MSc and BSc programmes to the students at UG and PG level in the field of Science. Majority of MSc courses are available on the campus of UniPune while a large chunk of BSc programmes are offered by various affiliated colleges and recognised institutes under UniPune. Candidates seeking enrolment via Pune University OEE 2021 can apply online on the official website of Campus Common Entrance Platform (CCEP). There is no requirement to submit the required documents or application form offline.

Pune University MSc Admission 2021

UniPune offers a two-year MSc programme in over 30 specialisations. While admission to a majority of these specialisations is OEE based, there are a few courses, such as Medical Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science and Drug Chemistry, among others, admission to which is completely merit-based.

Pune University BSc Admission 2021

At UG level, Pune University offers three-year BSc and BSc (Applied) programmes in a total of 20 specialisations. Offered both via the University campus and affiliated colleges (unaided) under SPPU, admission to all BSc courses is merit-based. However, admission to BSc (Blended) course is based on a valid score in OEE.

  • Eligibility criteria for BSc: A pass in Class 12 with Science stream with PCM as subjects
  • Eligibility criteria for BSc (Applied): A pass in BE/BSc or relevant UG degree from a recognised university

Pune University Application Process 2021

Candidates who’re in the final year of their qualifying exam can appear for OEE conducted by SPPU. However, their admission is subject to passing the qualifying exam. For admission to courses offered by the affiliated/unaided colleges under SPPU, candidates are required to visit/contact the shortlisted institute.

Pune University Application Fee 2021

The application fee for OEE is Rs 500 for a single course (for General category students) and is Rs 350 (for reserved category candidates).

Documents required for UniPune OEE application process 2021

  • Photocopy of statement of marks for last qualifying exam
  • Photocopy of statement of marks of the last semester of qualifying exam
  • Photocopy of caste certificate/ non-creamy later certificate issued by the Government of Maharashtra – for reserved category candidates
  • Photocopy of valid income certificate issued by Government of Maharashtra
  • Photocopy of the medical certificate issued by a civil surgeon in case of PwD category

Pune University Reservation 2021

University of Pune abides all the reservation norms laid down by the Government of Maharashtra (GOM) from time to time. Pune University reservation criteria 2021 details are as follows:

  • 30% seats are reserved for female candidates for UG courses as per GOM rules
  • Reservation of SBC category candidates is as per the GOM rules
