PTET 2025 Cut Off: Check Category-wise Cutoff Marks for Top Universities

The maximum mark in the PTET examination is 600. As per the official notification of the Rajasthan Pre-Teacher's Eligibility Test (PTET), there will be 200 questions asked in the exam which will consist of 600 marks with 3 marks allotted to each question. These 200 questions will be divided into 4 sections - General awareness, Mental ability, Teaching attitude & aptitude test, and Language Proficiency (English/Hindi) with each section having 50 questions.

After declaration of the PTET results by the Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota PTET (Pre-Teacher Education Test candidates can check following details on PTET scorecard: Name, father’s name, mother’s name, roll number, exam qualifying status, category, section-wise marks obtained and total marks obtained.

A. The tie break procedure is followed by the Rajasthan PTET exam body when two or more candidates score the same marks in the exam. The tie breaking process involves the following criteria:

Marks obtained by the candidate in the qualifying exam and the candidate who is elder in age will be given more preference,

As per mentioned in the official notification, if any two or more candidates score equal marks in the Rajasthan PTET exam, the exam body will follow the tie break procedure. In the tie break procedure the following criteria will be used:

Marks obtained in qualifying exam by the candidate and the candidate elder in age will be given more preference.

After the PTET results are declared, qualifying candidates will have to register for the counselling process. They will first have to register for the counselling process and they will be alloted the courses and the colleges as per their merit rank.

The exam body Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota releases the PTET (Pre-Teacher Education Test) counselling schedule at the official website of the exam after the results are declared. Candidates who qualify in the Rajasthan PTET exam as per the results will have to register for the counselling process post which they will be alloted the colleges to pursue two years of BEd and 4 years of Integrated BA BEd/BSc BEd from government colleges in Rajasthan to make a career as a Teacher in schools in Rajasthan, India.

After qualifying Rajasthan PTET 2025, candidates can get admissions to 2-year and 4-year B.Ed courses. PTET 2025 syllabus is designed for candidates to get admission in 4-year BA BEd/BSc BEd and 2 year BEd courses. PTET exam is a state-level exam, held once a year. Candidates who have registered for the PTET exam should be aware about the PTET syllabus to prepare for the exam. Rajasthan PTET exam for all the BEd courses are held in offline mode.

The exam body will declare the result of Rajasthan PTET 2025 tentatively in July 2025. Upon release we will share the direct link for candidates to view the Rajasthan PTET 2025 results here. The PTET exam for the June 2025 is expected to be conducted tentatelvey in June 2025. Candidates whi successfully qualify in the PTET exam will be have to register for the counselling process post which they will be alloted the colleges to pursue their BEd course.

The PTET exam will be tentatively conducted in June 2025 and the results are generally declared within 15-20 day after the exam is conducted. The exam body will release the PTET (Pre-Teacher Education Test) Rajasthan PTET result for BA/BSc B.Ed tentatively in July 2025.

The PTET result PDF will be available in PDF doc format, while the scorecard will be displayed after the candidate's successful login.

The Rajasthan PTET exam is being held to provide admission to candidates in BEd, BA BEd and BSc BEd courses offered at colleges and universities in Rajasthan. In order to take admission in B.Ed courses, candidates were supposed to first check their eligibility criteria for tbhe exam and then apply for the courses as per their eligibility by filling the application form. The application process for Rajasthan PTET for this acadmeic session has been closed. Application process for the new academic session will commence after the completion of the admission process.

The Rajasthan PTET 2025 result will be declared for both 2-year BEd and 4-year BEd courses by the exam conducting body after the exam is succedssfully conducted. Candidates who appear for the exam will be supposed to check and download the PTET 2025 result by visiting the official website of the exam and by entering their issued login credentials. Candidates who qualify in the Rajasthan PTET exam will be eligible to take admission in 2-year BEd or 4-year BEd courses.

The Rajasthan PTET exam is conducted by different universities every year. For the academic session 2025, no university has been named. In 2024, the exam was conducted by VMOU, Kota whereas in 2023 the Rajasthan PTET exam was conducted by the Guru Govind Tribal University, Banswara. In 2022, it was conducted by Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. The exam is being held to provide admission to candidates in B.Ed courses. After the exam, candidates can take admission either in 2-year BEd or 4-year BEd courses through this teaching entrance exam.
