MBA in Agri-Business - Batch of 2024
4.2

A good place to study and learn new things.
Placements: Our college ensures that all our seniors receive 100 percent placements. Although not all of them secure lucrative packages, the average package received by our seniors as freshers is approximately 4 Lacs per year. The highest package offered was nearly 6 Lacs per annum, while the lowest package stood at approximately 3.6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by the college for the infrastructure of the classes, labs, hostels, mess department, etc. are of excellent quality. The hostels allocated to us are also of top-notch quality. Each room is equipped with its own attached bathroom and even a balcony. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate up to three students at a time. Moreover, the college provides all the necessary amenities such as furniture and lighting.
Faculty: The instructors possess exceptional qualifications and extensive teaching experience. The curriculum offered is highly pertinent to our academic pursuits, aiding in the development of our skills and the refinement of our personalities. In order to successfully pass the examination, it is imperative to achieve a passing grade in both the mid-term and final semester exams.

B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering - Batch of 2023
Offered by Mahamaya College of Agriculture Engineering and Technology - Narendra Deo University of Agriculture and Technology
2.2

The overall college is average including infrastructure, faculty but no placements.
Placements: I have completed my MCAET from Ambedkar Nagar. The college is situated close to the Shiv Baba Temple in Akbarpur. It is an average college with three branches: Agricultural Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The placement opportunities for Agricultural Engineering are good, but unfortunately, there are no placements for CSE and Mech students within the college. The faculty for Agricultural Engineering is good, but not so much for CSE and Mech. While some agricultural companies visit the college and offer placements to students, there are no software companies that come for recruitment. As a result, CSE students have to rely on off-campus placements for job opportunities.
Infrastructure: The hostel and food services are of average quality. The college provides Wi-Fi, but it is not available in the hostels. The library has a limited collection, mainly consisting of subject-specific books. The quality of the food served in the mess is good. However, the college lacks a canteen. The hostel rooms are well-maintained, but there are electricity issues, particularly during the summer.
Faculty: The teachers at this college are both knowledgeable and supportive. However, the teaching quality for the CSE branch is average, and the course material needs to be updated. The semester exams are of a moderate difficulty level. On the positive side, the computer labs and smart classrooms are well-equipped, and the mechanical lab is also commendable. This college is suitable for students who prefer self-study.

You have to keep food items with you for midnight cravings.
Placements: Placement selection is not so good according to me but my experience is based on the year 2020 and before, at the at the current time, there is not much idea. As I was doing my Masters degree, graduation students got more opportunities, and now it is also accredited with ICAR.
Infrastructure: Nice infrastructure, but no Wi-Fi in hostels; rooms are spacious and nice; new hostels are also developed but you have to keep your eyes open to keep yourself safe from insects and reptiles; a water cooler is provided; the mess is nice and clean; and cleanliness is maintained by cleaning staff.
Faculty: The cooperative faculty and staff library is there with enough books and materials; lab work is done in the department with provided material; and field work is done on the farm, which is near the campus approximately 600 m away. Semester exams are conducted .
Other: Poor connectivity, not much extra curricular activities, scholarship provided, less events and fests, campus crowd, since college is located in an outer area, you may feel connectivity issues, the campus is full of greenery and nice-looking views, and people are nice .
