Placements: The placements are not that good, the highest package offered in my branch was around 5 LPA. The average package was around 3.25 LPA, as am pursuing B.Sc. (Hons) Statistics. So the package is less other departments have good placements. The internship opportunities are provided to the students.
Placements: Since it is a relatively new college (will be 3 years old on August 2018), there have been no placements as yet for any engineering batch and several other batches with a three-year degree programme. Training programs have little to no existence in this college. They do conduct seminars/workshops, but it is of moderate to little use.
Placements: The placement is not that great, but the college brings the companies which are decent for a BBA graduate. The average package is 3 lacs per annum and companies like Indigo, Kotak Mahindra Bank, etc., come to the campus. The 100% of the students were placed for SIP, but the final placement is not that great.
Placements: Our department is yet to have a placement cell. The other departments have a pretty good placement cell with almost 100% placement record. The Companies like the Deloitte hire our students. We also get recommendations from our faculty members and the director sir to work under the justices in the high court.
Placements: The placements are decent and fairly good. More than 75% of the students got placed every year, on the basis of their knowledge. It is not that the other 25% do not get placed, but among them, some are pursuing higher education and doing business as per their choice.
Placements: The placements of BBA in Amity are not that great. Companies like Concentrix and Indigo had come to the campus with a CTC of 1.5-2 lakhs. For students who were interested in doing internships from college, unpaid internships were provided in Kotak Mahindra, Old Mutual Ltd., Songdew, and TripAdvisor. For placements also, all the students are eligible to attend.
Placements: There are no placements for students taking admission for BBA graduate course, hardly students with HR as a specialization gets any placements. MBA placements are better but for graduation level, there is not much scope of placements. You have to look for placements outside on your own.
Placements: No placement offers were there that time in BBA for us and even for our seniors. No company visited our campus and even the summer internship was also not provided by the college. This is not the college's fault as the main reason was that there are very less companies who provide jobs for BBA students.
Placements: As per my experience, there are not many campus placements for B.Com (Hons.) students. The previous year, half of the batch applied for the placements and only 10% of the whole batch actually got placed. The average package was around 2.5- 3 lakhs per annum. UAS International, which is an insurance brokerage company, visited the campus to hire interns for a marketing and sales internship. Students had to sell insurance policies and they were also rewarded with certificates. I would say that its ...
Placements: Since we are the first batch of the university, placements of our stream haven't been held yet. Previously, it was Amity Global Business school, where the placements were average. The highest package offered last year was thirty two thousand per month, and was offered by Deloitte to 4 students from MBA. Almost 75% of the previous batch were placed. Last time, the average salary offered to the management students revolved around 15-20 thousand. Internship is provided to almost every student, thou...
Well personally I had a wonderful journey and enjoyed each and every moment as being a part of Amity University, Kolkata. The Faculty present out there was extraordinarily good, they kept motivating and encouraging the students at every moment, thus making the students more independent towards obtaining their career objectives.
It’s a new start to the educational journey in Kolkata by Amity University. Still establishing a world class university here. Amity has already started their sessions. Since they have just started their Kolkata Campus, it won’t be feasible to say anything regarding the college now. Though the administration is trying their level best in making sure that no student gets any negative impression about the Institution.
Placements: Amity guarantee placement to all students and it delivers too but, quality of placements is bad. Average salary of placements is 25K. There is a placement cell that exist and they are average too. Helpful but not much brands come in. All over placements are very average.
Placements: About 30% of students in our batch were placed, and the college will provide you with average placement opportunities. Some of the companies are really good, and the rest are just average or decent. Some well-known companies, including Adfactors and Thrillophilla, came for placements, and two students from our batch got placed. There were other media and marketing companies in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Delhi as well. Mostly, students got unpaid internships from our college. There were 1-2 paid i...
Placements: Out of 3 sections with around 160 students, the best placement for BBA was in Amazon with a salary package of around 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA. About 6 to 7 people got this in 2020. The second best was Indigo. There are no opportunities for finance specialisation. Many students were unplaced and you can't expect much scope after BBA, so I would suggest doing a B.Com or B.Sc. Economics if you want to have some work experience before your MBA.
Placements: The placement rate for this college is quite average. But according to sources, very few placements were offered in other courses. Maybe due to covid or something else. Till now I don't know anything regarding the placement because I am a Fresher.
Placements: Amity University, Kolkata is overall a good university, which really helps and guides you well. They groom their students well and are strict regarding attendance. There were no placements in our batch due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. However, overall the education is good here.
Placements: There is not a placement related world in our college. Hardly 10-15 students got placed. Mahindra finance and BYJU's came to our campus for recruitment. College plays a vital role in our internship. Almost every student got an internship. Companies offers a role of marketing executive and branch manager.
Placements: Students must have 65% of marks in their academics to get placed. The lowest salary package offered here ranges from 2 LPA to 1.2 LPA, and the highest salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month. Top recruiters for our course are Statecon India, Axis Bank, IBM, Tata and some private companies. Especially accountants, junior accountant and assistant manager roles are offered here. Mostly 75% of the students got internships from our course. Our college is very strict for maintaining rules and guideli...
Placements: As it is a new college, the first batch students are yet to get placed. This year, some reputed companies visited, but did not recruit many students. However, all the students get placed in the same company or the other. In a few years, the thing will completely change, i.e., highly-reputed companies will recruit students from our college.
