Placements: I am a BBA student, and as of now I am in my 2nd year (3rd semester), but I can say about the placement percentage in our college for BBA students. So our college really doesn't give placement to BBA students; placement is for MBA, B.Tech, or law. In BBA, only some good selected students get a chance to apply for placement, and if they are able to crack the interview, they get placement.
Placements: Amity doesn't really provide the kind of placement they claim to provide, and especially for the course I have done, which is Psychology, there are no placements provided at all. In the Bachelor's course, they don't have any placement options to even sit for, and that's mostly because Psychology jobs require at least a Master's degree.
Placements: The NGO was arranged to give us placements only for internships. Placements aren't there as of now. But placements for Masters are there for political science students. Almost all students in our batch were placed on an internship for 1 month.
Placements: There sure are many companies that do visit the college but only in the past two years. Our department has been going through a wash-out drive wherein none of the students get selected for jobs by the available companies, which surely shows how they were not prepared enough to crack the job interview. It shows how the college lacks the ability to teach properly.
Placements: During the internship break, the college didn't assist any students with getting internships. Plus when I asked for a simple NOC certificate to do an internship during the internship break, they talked about so many formalities that I lost the opportunity.
Placements: The placements are good. Most of the students who want to get placement are placed and many do not sit for placement as they go for higher studies. Few good companies that come for recruiting are Byjus, TCS, Wipro, EPAM etc. The average package is around three to four lacs.
Placements: They practically do not provide any placements. Don't trust the management for the 100% assurance thing! That's a big lie! Placement is not even 20-30%. They will conduct several mock interviews but unfortunately most of us didn't get the chance to sit for a real one.
Placements: 10% of students were placed in BBA batch of 2018 Indigo airlines was one of the top recruiting companies Top role offered was that of ground staff by indigo airlines the highest package offered was of 3.5 CTC Almost 95% students GOT internship in IDBI federal life insurance and kotak mahindra old life insurance.
Placements: Placements are not that for bachelor courses especially BBA course. One would surely not offered with a salary package of above Rs. 20,000 per month. Till date as per information, only IndiGo has visited our campus for students of BBA and that too it offered a salary package ranging from Rs. 12,000 per month to Rs. 20,000 per month. The college will help you in getting internships in companies like Ambuja Neotia, IDBI, and Paytm etc. But as per my friends' reviews, students were seated idly with...
Placements: The placements in the college are very bad when it comes to biotech because my seniors are in 4th year, and still, no company visited the campus for recruitment. I don't know what happens next. Moreover, industry exposure is not given to the students. There is a placement cell, but they do nothing for students.
Placements: Placement drives are still going on. This is the first placement drive which is conducted for the students of B.Tech. So, I don't have any estimation about the number of people as well as the percentage of students who get placed from the first batch. I hope that the companies which visited the college to conduct campus placements would hire students.
Placements: Placements in our college till now are average. I hope for the best in coming years. Kolkata based companies are very few to get placed in. IT companies have yet to make their way for recruiting MBA students, and the salary package is also not up to the mark for an MBA graduate. But as this is a new campus, let's hope it will be better after a few years.
Placements: 1. there was no placement offered by the institute to our batch nor to our seniors. 2. No student was placed. 3. The highest and the average salary offered was nil. 4. No company visited or campus. 5. Very less students got the internship from the college and students who get an internship were not in good companies.
Placements: Students were placed decently with an average ranging from 4-7 Lacs per annum. The companies have been increasing their recognition in Amity with coming years. This will also be increasing with growing exposure of the college. The HR and academics are the best when they send students for internships.
Placements: Many of the students got placement as per their results and more got into themselves, leaving the placement offer so it was our choice to take it or not. It was not good to be said but it was a good opportunity for them who do not work for their own businesses.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed in good companies. The highest salary package offered is 40 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Google, etc. Around 30% of students got internships.
Placements: 72 per cent of students were placed in our course. Rs 1,00,000 was the lowest and Rs 7,00,000 was the highest package offered in our course. Microsoft was the top recruiting company. 75% of students got internships from the course. B.Tech was the top roles.
Placements: Placements in our college weren't quite up to the mark. Only 2 companies visited here for placements. In the beginning, the college had provided a lot of hopes to our parents that your child will get placement in the best companies not only in the country but foreign. But at the time of placements, only 2 companies showed up. Even after doing so much hard work, our seniors didn't get a job. Those companies were local, which are located in the city of Kolkata and Durgapur. The salary offered by t...
