Infrastructure and facilities are outstanding, whereas teachers are satisfactory.

Placements: If you clear CTET, then you are surely going to get placed in a school as a teacher. It is quite obvious to get a job after this course as you are eligible to apply for all state TET, and you can also get a job with your core subject. It is quite a good course if you want to become a teacher.

My college life is most memorable for me.

Placements: Placement opportunities provided in CIT are increasing, and students also score good marks in the exams. The placement department of CIT provides more than 50% of placements for students. Apart from private companies, PSUs also visit the campus top recruit the students.

Mid range college with no placement.

Placements: No placement, there is no particular placement committee assigned for this process hence the jobs will be taken up by the students themselves who approach companies by themselves in order to get employed. Only a few companies visit the campus due to its remote location. All students have a mandatory subject assigned for the internship.

The best private college in Assam in terms of faculty members and placements.

Placements: Placements in our college are good, but the salary packages offered are very low. Branches like mechanical and ECE have good placement records overall. Reputed companies like Cummins, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, and Infotech have recruited students from our college.

A college with good faculty members, but placements are not provided.

Placements: There are no campus placements for agricultural engineering, but placements are provided for MBA and computer science engineering students. If placement is your main objective, do not join this course. Mostly, students opt for GATE after completing their B.Tech from this college.

One of the best University.

Placements: I don't know about the placemen as my department does not have any placement procedures. As far as I know, placements are given to MBA and SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT. Placements are done every year. Pharmaceutical Science department is also included on the list of placement.

It is a good college among private institutions.

Placements: Placements in the college were average for ETE branch. Last year, the highest salary package offered was 5 LPA. Companies like Zaloni, ASTC, and Cognizant, visited our campus for placements. Job roles varied from software tester to developer. Placement cell tries its level best to invite companies for recruitment.

Placements: Placements in our college are moderate. I am still pursuing my course, so I don't know much about the packages offered. According to my seniors, packages offered are not great, and most of the students prefer higher studies rather than doing a job at such low packages. The college has a training and placement cell.

Placements: The placements of the college are average. Mostly IT and sales companies visit the college for placements. Top MNCs like Amazon and Cummins also visit the college for the placements. I got placed in JUD Cements Ltd. Overall, placements are good when compared with other north-east colleges.

Placements: The placement percentage of my batch was around 80%. Companies like Amazon, Genpact, APDCL, Godrej, Greenply, and HDFC Bank visited our campus. The average package offered was 2.5-3 lacs per annum. The college has a dedicated placement cell that looks after placements. They make sure everyone gets a chance to sit for at least one interview.

Placements: Placements in the college have not been too good till now. However, many dedicated students have got job opportunities in some of the companies. Many of the students are now studying M.Tech in IITs and other good institutions after completing their B.Tech here. Students also prepare for GATE exam, and some of them were able to show good performance in the past years.

Placements: CIT, Kokrajhar is a premier institute in Assam. Though it is under MHRD, Government of India, its performance in terms of college placements is not that good when compared to other institutes like NIT and IIT which are governed by the same department. Placements: The placements of our college are not good, and the college lacks in training and placement department. If I have to compare the college with other colleges in Assam, the standards of placements reach 60% of the placements of other colleges. Being a pioneer institution, placements are not much worse. The college management put all their efforts for the betterment of students.

Placements: Placements in our college are below average. There are a handful of core companies for each engineering sector. Most of the companies coming for placements are IT based which doesn't suit the ideal placements for an individual. The placements are degrading day by day due to increased competition.
