Placements: The previous batch had the highest package of around 35 LPA. This year had been the best year for ABV-IIITM Gwalior so far as many students are offered PPOs with the highest package of 32 LPA. The placements have been improving these years.
Placements: Overall placements of the college are good. Students of the institute are valued in the industry. If a student is a good coder, then surely he/she will get a good placement. Many companies like Directi, Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung, and Paytm have visited the campus for placements in the past. The institute's website has precise information about placements. Even off-campus placements are good.
Placements: Integrated courses (UG+PG 5 years) and postgraduate (2 years) courses bag the highest paying jobs in the field of communications, network, security, finance, and operations. Internships are offered in PSUs and corporates. IIT Delhi is the chief mentor offering research internships. The placement staff are highly active and corporate.
Placements: Technology : Went all and above board as students were places in the million range all around India. Companies like BNY, Amazon and DBS Bank recruited students while brooding startups like Toppr and Anarock broke all kind of records in off campus placements. Management: The show was as poor as it gets, there were a few analytics company apart from which only one company recruited for Finance while other companies were either for sales or customer end services which are below par for a college wh...
Placements: I am placed at HCL technologies. It provides all the facilities equivalent to IITs. You just need to do your own work. Be good at coding, and you will definitely be placed at top MNCs. Even my friends are there in Amazon, Hackerearth, Direct, Flipkart, Google etc.
Placements: Number of software companies came that year for placement. They did placement of nearly 80% of students in our batch. In M.Tech they took more than 150 students out of 200 students. The average salary was 6 Lacs per annum that year. Students also got internship with average stipend of 2.5 Lacs per annum.
Placements: In recent years, the college placement has improved. In the last year, the package offered has gone high as 30 LPA. The college does not face the problem of placements due to less number of students present in college. Getting placement from this college is pretty easier. On an average, the package offered to the students was 8 LPA to 9 LPA.
Placements: The placement is not up to the mark, but I am expecting more number of companies to attend the campus recruitment. Concerning our seniors, our batch has less companies that have attended our college. The highest salary package was about Rs. 22 LPA. Very few got internships through the college, and most of the students have applied for their internships off-campus.
Placements: The placements were good. Most of our seniors got placed. The highest package in this year till now is 27.5 lakhs per annum, and the lowest was 3.6 lakhs per annum. The average package is 6.8 lakh per annum. Many companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, CarWale, IBM, Genpact etc.
Placements: Placements in IIITM for MBA are just not good. Hardly one or two good companies visit the campus and select a few students. Not recommended to anyone who really wants to learn and get something good. Do not go for the statistics they show as the highest package till now is just 6 LPA and not more than that.
Placements: The placement percentage is 95%. The average package offered for M.Tech is 8-10lpa, the highest package is 27lpa, the lowest package is 3.5lpa. The roles offered were of SDE1, product engineer, etc. The companies like Amazon, Paytm, Directi, Infosys, HCL, Wipro, IBM, Worksapp, InMobi, etc. Internship opportunities through college were not very high, but students got off-campus internships. The stipend ranged between Rs. 20,000-25,000.
Placements: The placement scenario of the college is not good especially when one considers that this is a central government college. The average package received by my senior batch (both MTech and MBA) was 5 LPA to 6 LPA in the usual mass-recruiter companies like HCL, Infosys, TCS etc. Almost everyone got placed though. That said five people did manage to bag a job in Amazon at a decent remuneration of 12 LPA to 24 LPA for different job profiles. Several startups also visited the college and offered a CTC...
Placements: The placements are good and competitive, but not great. The companies like Amazon, Paytm, Directi do come here with lots of other companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro round the year. National HR summit is an option to show up MBA skills every year. The placements are hard to get from the college. Most of the students get their jobs off-campus.
Placements: For the year 2015-16, the list goes on as Practo, Amazon, Directi, HCL, Mech Mocha, TCS, Infosys, Mance, Musigma, etc visited for placements. The average package was around 6-7 LPA and the highest was offered by Amazon at 25 LPA. The lowest was for grade-C companies which was 3.75 LPA. More companies also visited.
Placements: Being a central level government college, this college has an overall good placement percentage. Although we can't say that everybody will get a good offer. People here have grabbed a bumper package of 20 lakhs, 40 lakhs(international package) but there are also some who are left jobless. Many people in this college prefer to do MS, so almost every 1 in 5 appears for GRE exam(for pursuing MS in abroad) and many qualifies too. I am in the second year and so far I have observed that generally peo...
Placements: The placement for senior batch was just ok, the highest salary package offered was 7.5 lakhs per annum, the average package offered was 5.5 lakhs per annum, and the lowest package offered was 3.5 lakhs per annum. TCL, Nagaro, etc. were some of the companies that visited the campus. In total, 10% of students got the internship and all the rest are in search of opportunities, for which college is helping them out. Till now, 5 companies have visited the campus offering internships with a stipend o...
Placements: I was placed in the first company that came for recruitment. The average package is around 4.2 LPA which is not bad as compared to the ROI. Companies like Religare, Mu Sigma, TCS and Start Beans etc showed up. For a crowd of 120 people in the MBA batch, 30+ companies showed up. However, it is a collaborative effort of placement coordinators and placement cell.
Placements: Placements of 2015 batch are around 90% and that of 2016 are about 75%. Though the placement percentage decreased which could be ascertained to the reason that mass recruiters don't show interest due to less strength or for reasons like the previous batches didn't join them after recruiting etc. For the 2016 pass out batch: Highest is 24 LPA, Lowest is 3.5 LPA and average is 6.87 LPA for IPG MTech (i.e., BTech + MTech in IT). Companies such as Amazon, Directi, PayTm, Deloitte, Infoedge, HCL, E...
IIITM means life to me. I was very much worried after I got this college in JoSSA. In my city no one heard about this college so my parents were in doubt and me too. But seeing reviews, average placement, infrastructure etc. I finally decided to join this college. Now my journey at IIITM begins. First impression of college was not good as in such huge campus we got confused and lost our way to hostel but finally with the help of a senior we (Me and Papa) reached our hostel. Hostel rooms were qui...
It is an institute of national importance and one of the best technical institutes of our nation. Being an Indian Institute it is certainly an institute of excellence with great professors and well-furnished minds all around. Most important thing is its brand value. The college is renowned in the industry which helps in placement. A lot of opportunities are provided within the institute for the all-round development as well as for discovering one's potential. Placement is also quite satisfactory...
