NIT Raipur Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: Placements are good. Last year, almost 90% of students got their placement offers. The highest salary package offered is 62 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 13 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, GE Healthcare, ZS Associate, Vedanta, Jindal Steel, Tata Steel, Caterpillar, BPCL, etc.

Placements: The maximum students are placed in NIT Raipur. My branch is Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. My branch placement is 92%. I will pass out from the college in 2028. In my branch, the highest package is 25 Lacs, the lowest package is 10 Lacs, and the average package is 12 Lacs. Many top companies offer placements here.

Placements: My course placement rate is 60 percent, which is quite low compared to other branches. The highest package was 12 LPA, and the lowest was 6 LPA. The placement scenario is questionable. If you want to talk about my internship, I have done an internship at Cspdcl. So in the core, you get an unpaid internship.

Placements: The top roles offered were data analytics, data scientist, and software development engineer. The placement percentage was around 90% for my branch. Not a lot of people got internships in our college. The average placement was around 8 LPA, with 55 LPA the highest. This college provides good opportunities.

Placements: Companies visit for campus recruitment, but only from the IT, consultancy, and analytics sectors. This year, we are trying to invite companies from the healthcare industry and food biotech industries to visit us, but it will take some time. The core biotech companies offer satisfying packages, and hence we are not very keen on inviting them.

Placements: We have a separate committee that looks after placements. The placement is about 50% in my branch, I would say. But after getting placed, only 30% actually take up the job. The hiring process of the coordinators for this committee could use some changes. But it's okay overall.

Placements: In our branch, our strength is 77. The highest package is 55 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 9.8 LPA. Top companies recruiting are Indian Oil, Reliance Petroleum, Nykaa, in the core field. The majority of our seniors got internships during their 3rd year, and a few 2nd-year students also got internships depending on their skills.

Placements: According to last year's statistics, around 80 percent of students were placed in our course. The highest package in our department was 55 lacs per annum, the lowest package in our college was 8 lacs, and the average was 13 lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies were Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and Infosys.

Placements: About according to last year's statistics, about 87 percent of the students are placed in information technology with an average package of 18.4 LPA. Google, Microsoft, and Amazon are the companies that are coming to our college. I think here in NIT Raipur it is much better than CSE.

Placements: Placement in NIT Raipur is excellent, and the highest packages are recorded every year, and every student received at least a placement in a campus interview and more internships for more students, and average placements are also good compared to parallel NITs and high placement percentages in NIT Raipur.

Placements: My course is Metallurgical and materials engineering. I am nitrr28 batch. In my course the percentage of students placed were 92%. The highest package of this course is 25 Lacs, the lowest is 8 Lacs, avg 12 Lacs. Internship percentage is 90% also. This course is important course in this college. This course committee is mesto.

Placements: About 70 % of students got placed at NIT Raipur the previous year. The highest package was 55 Lakh on campus and 1.5 crore off campus. The average package delivered to the students was 10 Lakh and the median was 9 Lakh. Many big companies like Google, Wipro, Infosys, and Tata steal arrive here.

Placements: The placement percentage is about 80%. Most of the students from the mining department are interested in getting placed in the IT sector. But for core (mining), many students are not interested due to the workload in mines and the danger to their life.

Placements: I am currently enrolled in batch of 2028 in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Branch here at NIT Raipur, It is one of the oldest branches of NIT Raipur. Placements: At my time, there was about 80–85% placement for the Electrical batch. The highest package for the electrical branch was 52 LPA. The average package was around 11 LPA, and the lowest was 6 LPA. Companies like Oracle, DBOI, Deloitte, and PwC visited our campus for software roles. Also, there were a lot of companies in the core sector. PSUs such as BPCL EIL visited our campus. Internship was also good; many students got that in our 3rd year.

Placements: The placement at NIT Raipur is really above average. Specifically for my IT branch the highest package was of 65 Lacs and the average stands for 18 Lacs while the median is of14 Lacs. It is the most prestigious branch of the college even more than the CSE. The placement percentage is also good for IT at NIT RR.

Placements: The overall percentage of placements was close to 65%, and it depends on the courses. For my course, civil engineering, the overall placement average was 50%, while it was highest for CS, at 90%. The highest package offered in my course was 22 LPA, and the average package was 9 LPA. Placements: NIT Raipur is the best college for mining engineering. It was established in 1956 by the government of Chhattisgarh for mining and metallurgy. Placements for mining engineers are good, with an average package of approximately 12 LPA. Last year, the highest package was 55 LPA and the minimum package was 10 LPA.
