BU Bhopal Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: TCS is the only MNC that has come for campus selection in the college. Many companies come to Bhopal as pool companies, but they do not come to the campus. College tries to provide placements, but nowadays SATI is just for providing the degrees. Most of our seniors are placed in good companies with good packages. The companies like IBM, TCS, Infosys, SAP, HP, EMC2, etc. have also come to the campus recruitments.

Placements: The placements were good last year(2016). Many big companies visited for recruitment like TCS, IBM, Wipro, Mu-Sigma, Amazon etc. Here the first-day company is TCS(Tata Consultancy Services). Last year 110 students were placed in TCS company from TIT group and most of the students got placed in other companies. The package of TCS was 3.6 lakhs. But this year most of the students are not placed yet and TCS, the first-day company of TIT group, hasn't selected many students. They only selected just ...

Placements: Placement in LNCT is good for CS/IT branches. Last year, almost every student in our branch got selected in different companies. Talking about the placements, it's the best private college in Bhopal. The highest salary offered was 6.5 lakh and the average placement is 2.5-3 lakh.

Placements: There's no placement for mechanical students. In rare cases, some small organisation visited the campus, but it's not good enough and many companies do not call the students after being placed in their organisations. I exactly don't remember the highest package but the selected students didn't get call letters for the organisation which proves that the companies came just for formality.

Placements: There are four colleges of Bansal in Bhopal and 1 college in Indore. In my batch, approximately 500 students got placed from all the colleges of Bansal. The highest salary offered was 3.5 LPA and the minimum salary offered was 1.8 LPA. The list of companies which came are TCS, HCL, L&T, Net4India, NetLink, etc. Designation: Developer.

Placements: Good for CS, IT branches. No placement training from the college. No English-speaking environment. Do not give any special classes for competitive exams like GATE, CAT etc. In my course no full-time placement officer. Approx 10 companies came for the campus drive.

Placements: In Lakshmi Narain College of Technology, [LNCT] Bhopal, there are reputed companies coming for recruitment like Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and so forth. The average package offered in this college is Rs. 3.5 lakhs for every annum.

Placements: Placements in technical field companies are average. Around 20 out of 320 of my seniors got selected in the placement process. The highest package was of 13.5 lakhs per annum whereas 2.5 lakhs per annum was the lowest and the average was of 6.5 lakhs per annum. Many companies like Mahindra, Tata, Cisco and TCS, visited during the campus. This year, Indian army also visited for finding any hidden talent in our college.

Placements: The placements of the college are quite good when compared to other colleges, and sincere students always get selected in campus drives. Many companies arrive and take a bunch of students with an average package of 2.5-3.5 lakhs per annum. Initially this package is quite satisfactory.

Placements: Last batch was placed well, especially the students of CS & IT branch. The placement of current batch is not showing any positive signs, especially for the students of ME and civil branch. The highest salary offered last year’s student was 7 LPA whereas the lowest was 2 LPA.

Placements: Placement percentage was about 20-30%. Salary offered was around 1.5-2.4 lakhs/annum. Companies like Tech M, TCS, Wipro etc. come. Roles majorly for freshers are of junior software trainee. There is no internship eligibility and no stipend facilities for students. The college needs a good placement team which can manage good placements in this college.

Placements: There were many companies for IT/CS students. Core students as always had to struggle for placement. BPOs are always there to pick everybody. Personally, I have pursued my engineering from mechanical branch. None other than TCS allowed us to sit for the campus. We were just allowed to sit for BPOs or marketing companies. College failed to invite a single core company.

Placements: The placements were average, but some good companies visited from the last 2-3 years like SAP, CDK Global, Mu Sigma and much more. The training provided for the campus placement preparation is very good. If you want to get selected in the company, you should work hard and follow the instructions provided by the trainers. Placements: Placement: In the branches of CS/IT/EC/EX/EI, about 6/10 were placed in the IT sector. The remaining were placed in BPO and marketing companies. In ME/CE/PI/Chem, about 1/50 were placed in core companies, and 15/50 were placed in IT companies, while the remaining were unplaced. All students who work hard are suppose to be placed in any of these companies, but overall the placement is average.

Placements: Placements are going well for the final year students as for now many big companies like Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, Persistence, Capgemini, etc. had come. Approximately 90-95% students get placed in small or big companies. The highest package was for Amazon 11 LPA & lowest package was around 2.5 LPA for Trade India. Placements: My college is being guided by LNCT group of colleges, which is counted as one of the best institutes in central India. For the current batch, the placement season is ongoing in a beautiful manner. If I talk about the no. of selected candidates till now, then it must be figured all around 400 to 500 (40%). I joined it in 2010 for BE in Mechanical engineering. It is shown in advertisement that it is good for placement, study and knowledge but the reality was different. The placement data shown were fake. In the name of infrastructure, there was a good building (as chairman has his own building company) and computers.
