BU Bhopal Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: TCS provides approximately 65% of the placements. I think it is a contract between the college and the company. The maximum package doesn't go above 3.45 LPA and can go down to about 1.2 LPA. Other companies which recruit are Crompton Greaves, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant etc.

Placements: No placements are available here. No companies visit this college ever. Till now, no placements are done by the college. Those who reached at good law firm been there on their own hard work. There is no assistance by the college. There is no help and support through the college for the students. Even the faculty will not help us in the placements.

Placements: I am in the senior batch, and till now there are no companies have visited our college for the placements of the electronic branch. We saw that the placement of our seniors batch is only 4% to 5%. The package offered is from Rs. 8,000 per month to Rs. 10,000 per month. SAP company visited our college. They offered lower category jobs for us. In our college, there is no facility for the internship, and there is no placement cell.

Placements: There are no placement opportunities. From 2014 to 2017, only 4 students got placed and not at their core but in sales. In my time, no one got placement in my batch. Only call centre jobs are offered during that period. Our seniors are mostly the stall vendors selling from vegetables to clothes and tea etc.

Placements: Most companies that come are of CS or IT. There are less companies of mechanical and civil. The average package is 6 lacs per annum. The highest me go up to 12 lacs. The lowest is 3 lacs. Students were given management or sales mostly. No people that I know is doing internship.

Placements: The placement session for the last 10 years is very poor in the college. The only company visiting the campus is TCS, which also boycotted the campus of BUIT in the year 2018 as the grade of the college dropped to C grade. The highest package for my seniors was 4.5 LPA, and the minimum package was 1.8 LPA. The average placement within the campus is just 20-30%.

Placements: What to say about the placement of this college, it's least I expected. I was wondering what I will get on this college. Companies don't visit here, only a few IT companies like TCS visit here. We have to sit on off-campus or open campus drives. Otherwise, don't expect much from this college.

Placements: There are no placements from the college side, and the students struggling for the future. There is no proper schedule for exams and other activities. All over, the college lack the responsibilities, and I am getting disappointed due to the late last semester result. I'm facing much more difficulties in finding a job.

Placements: About placement, I can say that not many huge quantities of companies visit the campus, and if even comes, then it will offer low salary package, or it doesn't come for selection. The placement of students are very less, and the students are not much satisfied by college campus organisation and TPO sections. I will never advise any person to join in this college. The college is much reputed before 2009, but this phase is disastrous. In our batch, only 60-65 students were being seated on campus. ...

Placements: The placement in the college is pathetic. They call finance company for BE graduate with package not more than 96 lakhs per annum. They just want the number of students placed, and they don't care about the package. 10-20 people got selected from the entire 2016 batch, and the highest package offered was 2.2 LPA. Trade India, Simtronics, etc. are the few companies that came to EC branch for placements.

Placements: There is no core company arrived for campus placement. I think the government of India should take action against such type of college. The chairman of this college should contact a private company for the mechanical engineering students placement. Because of this reason, in this academic year, there are only a few admissions.

Placements: If you get admission here, then forget about the placements. The companies come to the college but do not select any student. Most of the companies are marketing and BPO companies who visit the campus. The call centre companies also come. For those also, they don't let you go, which will break your confidence, so don't be panic. If you are here, then you have to know that, the college invites the companies just for a photo shoot.

Placements: I am pursuing the chemical engineering from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology, Bhopal. There are no placements in my core branch, and they only provide the placement in the IT sector. They did not provide any facilities to the students as well as the teacher also.

Placements: There are no core jobs for the mechanical branch. They just offer the minimum packages of about Rs. 3 lakhs per annum. My seniors are just going for the open campus in another college. The companies such as Asahi India and Just dial have visited for us. The placement cell is just only for taking the money.

Placements: The placements on the campus are average, but they are only for CS and IT. No scope of the core engineering. They are not giving a proper knowledge for the placements. They only give the outdated bookish knowledge as there is no practical knowledge. The labs are not properly working. The placement guides are good, but the faculty members are not good.

Placements: Only one core company visits for our branch. In which one senior get placed every year. The package offered is of 8 lacs per annum offered by B.O.R.L. No other companies come for our recruitment. There are no internships offered by the college. There is a placement cell. It started this year. It is doing a good job. It has arranged us some expert lectures.

Placements: The placement facility is not good. There are many other colleges in the Bhopal which are providing better campus facility and provide various training facilities. The highest package offered was Rs. 3,00,000 LPA. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 8,000 per month. Only, 20 students are selected out of 120 in the campus.

Placements: The placement scene is horrible for the mechanical students. Only 2-3 companies arrived and that with meagre low package offer. In my batch of 55 students, only two students got placed, and the rest were jobless. I found this college as the hopeless. They only give the fake promises, but eventually, you will not be placed.

Placements: First of all, the placement department of this college is very bad, and the head of the of the training and placement department is a very rude person. They never talk to any student with good manners, and the college placement department places only 8-10% students of this college. So, I am rating this 2 out of 10.

Placements: Placements of the college are very low because no company visits our college for placements. At admission time, the college management says that it is LNCT Group college and facilities provided are same as LNCT college, but it is totally wrong. All the companies first allow only LNCT college, so all JNCT college students suffer regarding the placement.
