Placements: Almost most of the students in Mining branch get placed in reputed mining firms like Vedanta, Jindal, etc. But in the past 3-4 years the placements scenario is pretty bleak because of the global recession in the mining sector. Placements: There was no placement at all. If there was then it was for support. But our senior got placed in good company then after that quality of our college got reduced. I would not recommend any one to join becausa there ia no scope for future and placement.

Placements: It gives placement but not much good, above 50 percent students are still remain unplaced.90percent IT companies are coming. They took good amount of students but core companies took 1 or 2 students for their company. Hence here I suggest that you should start your career in some other field like computer Science or it etc. Other than core.

Placements: The placements are not worthy. No good companies are visiting the college. Ther are no placements for the senior batch. Students choose to walk-in than the placement provided by the college. The students are good, college doesn't provide good placements but may refer to good companies. 15 to 20% of the students got internships from the college.

Placements: The college is good, but for my batch, there are no placements. All students got sucked. Don't believe in the placement department they all just do fake promises and fake placements. If you want good placements, then don't join this college. It is such a waste of time and money. It will be bad for your career.

Placements: Placements for our senior batch were awesome. 81 percent of students were in last 10 years. The highest salary offered is 9 Lacs, the lowest is 2.5 Lacs and average is 4 Lacs. Many reputed companies have visited our campus like infosys, wipro, capgemini, etc. Roles offered to the students were like Software engineer, system engineer, etc. Almost 100 percent students got internship. Placements: Placements are good. Companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Mindtree, Wipro, CocaCola are few of the top recruiters. The college also conducts pool campus interviews. The average package is around CTC Rs 3,00,000. There are pre-placement trainings also available that help in a way to get trained.

Placements: As it is a new college, the placements are average. Only 35-40% of the students got placed. The highest package offered is Rs. 3.26 Lacs per annum. Tech giants like TCS, Wipro, Surya Electricals, etc., recruit students.

Placements: There were't much good placement opportunities. Only 40% of the students might have been placed. The highest salary offered was 20,000, the lowest was 7,000 and the average salary might be 12,000. About 10-15 companies visited the campus. Most of the positions were for a software developer. There were't any opportunities regarding internships. There is a placement cell and the faculty members in charge were helpful but due to some reasons, they could't provide us much help.

Placements: I passed out in 2014 and I was in electrical branch. Placement was not so good in that year especially in electrical branch. Rare students get placed in that year in my branch. It was not upto the mark for that particular year in the mentioned branch.

Placements: Most of the students who are getting placements are of mining engineering branch. Some students of metallurgy, mineral and mechanical arr getting placed. And almost no placement for electrical engineering students. As the civil and computer Science branch is newly added so no branch have graduated yet.

Placements: The placements in GIET are like a half-baked cake. 80% of the students will get placements, but according to the package, it was not at all worthy. So, in my opinion, I would suggest a newcomer not to join the college, else he will have to work very hard for higher packages.

Placements: One or two companies for the civil department visited the college but took only 4 out of 72 students. We have done internships, but there was no stipend. All other software companies visited, such as Infosys, Wipro, etc. We, civil students, are only allowed for Infosys, and all other companies did not allow the students of civil engineering.

Placements: Placement possibilities is not up to the mark right now for our college. Seeing the 2017 placement ratio, I don't think 2018 will be fortunate for us. Among Our senior batch students most probably 80-100 students got placed in campus selection out of 800, so our chances seem to be very low now al.

Placements: Actually, this college provides us rare placements, but your money won't go waste. We attended several off-campus placements. The faculty members and discipline is all good. The infrastructure is a bit good. I would suggest for continuing B.Tech here for different branches also

Placements: Placement is not that good Mainly IT companies are coming But when u have talent does this matter.There are few guys who didn't joined here forcefully, they joined because they wanted to be engineer and they got placed in nice companies. Placement is not good because many are there who joined when they had no other option so practically it's not possible for those to get placement.

Placements: The placements are decent and don't expect much. If your branch is CS/ IT, then you have a scope here. We can say that there are no placements for branches. Most of the campus drive is of BPOs and IT industry. The placement cell barely takes care of the placement of the student. In our senior batch, the curve for placement was average, but now, it has gone the worst.

Placements: The placement is quite good, but the package offered by different companies is very less. Not very big companies come in placement cell, they call small investment companies and they offer very low package but still if you are an average student you can opt for the same.

Placements: In my college my seniors have placement. 80% students were placed. In my college the highest salary up to 25000 and the lowest is 12000. Students are offered operator. There is a placement cell which is very useful and maximum students got placed.

Placements: There is a placement cell in my college. But it failed to bring good companies for placement. Some of my seniors got placement and found it fake companies. The then trustees don't emphasised on placement. Now the ownership of college has changed. So hoping for some changes.
