CCSU Meerut University BA Courses & Fees 2024: Seats, Eligibility & Selection, Application Process

CCSU admission to UG and PG courses is both merit and entrance-based. Aspirants need to follow the below steps to get a seat in CCS University:

STEP 1: CCSU Application Process 2025

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply for any of the CCSU courses. Aspirants need to apply with an entrance exam fee of INR 700 (INR 500 for SC/ ST) for M.Ed and LLM courses.

STEP 2: Selection/ Entrance Exam

After the completion of the registration process, candidates can move on to the selection process. CCSU selects candidates for LLM and M.Ed programme based on the entrance exam conducted by the university. Apart from these, the university accepts national-level entrance exams or provide admission based on merit in the last qualifying exam.

STEP 3: Result & Merit List

After the completion of the selection rounds, CCS University release the result. The university also releases merit list announcing the names of the shortlisted candidates. 

STEP 4: Counselling & Document Verification

After completion of the selection rounds, CCSU releases merit list. The university releases the merit list between July and August with the names of the shortlisted aspirants. Further, selected aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university. Shortlisted aspirants must appear before the admission committee along with the original and photocopy of the below documents for verification:

• Copy of online registration form
• Copy of online offer letter
• Copy of entrance exam result
• Copy of high school marksheet and certificate
• Copy of intermediate marksheet and certificate
• Photocopy of graduation marksheet
• Copy of caste certificate
• Copy of EWS certificate (if applicable)
• Copy of certificate regarding surcharge

Chaudhary Charan Singh University facilitates its students with the following:

• Hostel: The university has seven hostels (three for boys and two for girls and one for sports), which provide hostel accommodation for a limited number of full-time students of the university.
• Library: CCSU has a library for its students. This includes the reading materials such as volumes and online e-journals.
• Sports Complex: The university has facilities for a number of indoor and outdoor games such as a tennis court, a wrestling stadium, among others.

CUET result 2025 will be declared tentatively in last week of July 2025. Candidates who will appear for the exam can download their CUET scorecard online when released. The link to download the CUET scorecard will be available at CUET results 2025. Candidates will be required to enter the login credentials to view the CUET 2025 scorecard online. CUET scores are used for admission to various universities/colleges that candidates has applied for while filling the application form. Candidates must download and take the print of the CUET 2025 results when released.

In conclusion, while CCS Meerut University may not excel in terms of placement opportunities for its B.A. program, it seems to offer a conducive learning environment, supportive faculty, and decent infrastructure. However, prospective students should weigh these factors against the lack of direct industry connections and limited job prospects upon graduation.

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2025 registration will commence in the first week of February 2025. NTA will release the CUET 2025 notification. Soon after the release of the notification, the CUET registration 2025 process will commence online at cuetug-ac.ntaonline.in. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2025 exam must ensure that they fill out the application form online. CUET 2025 registration will end in the first week of April 2025. Further to the last date, candidates will not be able to fill out the CUET application form. No request for extension of CUET registration until the last date will be entertained.

Before filling out the application form, candidates must ensure they fulfil the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam. 

CUET UG 2025 exam will be conducted tentatively in third week of May 2025. NTA will release the official notification for CUET UG exam date before the release of notification. Candidates will be able to know exam details through CUET UG information bulletin. NTA will conduct CUET UG 2025 exam in multiple phases depending upon the number of candidates registering for the exam. Registered candidates will know the exact CUET UG exam on release of the hall ticket. CUET UG 2025 exam will be a hybrid mode i.e., candidates will have to report at the alloted exam centre on the day of the examination. The exam will be held in two to three slots each day depending upon the subject combinations chosen by the candidate.

Yes, CCSU offers a hostel and various other facilities to students. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Visit the official website and check what are the charges for the hostel and decide whether to avail of this facility or not. The hostel is safe for students and proper security is maintained at the hostel for the students.
