Average Placements and good curriculum.

Placements: Placement is okay and everyone will get placed. Don't expect big companies to come. Every student can get atmost one offer (they cannot apply for more companies). Don't expect good stipend (upto 50k companies come). Intern hiring start in 6th semester.

I'm dissatisfied with the placements of this college.

Placements: Placements are not provided in our college. Around 12 students are sent to a startup company without any pay for 6 months.

An okayish college. The infrastructure is good though campus is very small.

Placements: The university promises 100% student placements, but it really depends on the student and how much knowledge he or she has because the university can bring in the companies, but it is ultimately up to you how you represent yourself. The highest amount is 22 lacs, and the lowest amount is 3 lacs. Infosys, Wipro, and TCS are the top recruiting companies, with 70-80% of interns placed. Software developer engineer roles are offered.

Waste of parents' hard-earned money and our time.

Placements: In this course, most of the students chose MCA rather than taking placement in my class 15 students are sitting in on-campus placement, and these 26 students got placed. I am going to sit in campus placement after 5-6 months, but the had not been given any classes or training. Even our English is not so good to give interviews there are no personality development classes. Waste of parent's money.

Dissatisfied because of the management and faculty, and it is a bad choice to get admission here.

Placements: I got placed in a company and I feel like I got stuck with it. Not many options are available. Poor commitments are done by the university.

It is a third-tier private college.

Placements: I am a first-year student, but I met some seniors who said that around 90% of the students got placed. The top 5% of the students get a minimum salary package of 10 LPA. They try to make you ready for an interview. Top companies include Amazon, but they take very few.

Placements are average. Crowd is not much good. Infrastructure is good for academics but not hostel.

Placements: Most of the students get placed from our college. But they don't get placed in companies like Amazon, Google, etc., and get placed in Infosys, Wipro, Fico, Orange, etc. The average salary package offered is nearly about 3.5 LPA. Our college conducts placements together or by combining other Chitkara University colleges' students. Placements are provided in companies on the basis of 1:4 ratio, i.e., 1 student gets placed from Himachal campus and 4 students from Punjab campus. The top recruiting c...

It is the worst college for engineering.

Placements: Placements for our batch and senior batch were a bit good. Almost 85% of the students were placed, but new startup companies are visiting the campus for placements. Very few MNCs visit the campus for placements. Roles offered are very limited, and mainly, sales roles are offered. Very few students get internships by the college. The stipend offered is ranged between Rs. 5,000 to 40,000. But very few students were offered stipend more than Rs. 20,000. There is a placement cell, and it is the wors...

A review of Chitkara University.

Placements: Placements in our college are good; you just have to work hard to stand well in placements. The university will provide you with everything you need to do well in placements, and the rest is up to you. You need to grab every opportunity you can to get placed, and the university will provide everything you need to grab that opportunity.

A very good college because of well trained faculty, and good placements.

Placements: The placements are good in our college. Many companies have come to visit our university every year. Most of the students were placed in well-reputed companies. The companies start picking up the engineers at the end of the third year with at least package of 5-7 LPA.

Good college in north India. Growing quite rapidly.

Placements: Placements are decent here. Many companies come to the campus. Do not follow their brochure for placements. Here, approximately 800 students pursue CS every year and all of them are placed. In the worst case, 90% will be placed. If you outshine others, you will get placement in companies like Infosys and Wipro. One of the best records in the region, this university has a potential in calling companies for students who had less than 5 CGPA, you can imagine the effort that they put in so that all ...

This college has excellent teachers, campus with all the modern facilities, high end labs, indoor basketball court, badminton courts, volleyball court, and cricket and football field. This is one of the best college in the region. It provides healthcare facilities, 100% placement and some of the best minds of the nation teach here. One of the leading colleges in basketball and football.

The college has an infrastructure just about needed. The crowd is not what a guy coming from some metro city would want to indulge with. At a point survival becomes difficult. Student are less encouraged to develop entrepreneurial skills and do things on their own. The education is mostly spoon fed. Other than that, it is one of those colleges which has more Facebook posts about which girl or boy became a celebrity, or which celebrity visited the college rather than making academic developments ...

University rather I should say a small engineering college. The place has only courses for B.tech and for MBA and they call themselves a university. It’s a nice place though in Himachal where the crowd is fun and good looking but don't expect something intelligent from the campus. Go there if you want to enjoy a simple college life in the wilderness of Himachal Pradesh.

I am dissatisfied with the faculty.

Placements: Placements will be good only for those who are extremely good at coding. There will be a lot of competition and a lot of students get rejected as they don't reach their expectations. getting an internship from campus is easy you will get one but then it depends on you. The average package is between 5-7 LPA.
