Government College for Women Gandhinagar, Jammu.
Placements: My batch of 2016 of Bachelors of Arts was having more than a thousand students. In my class, we had more than 100 students. As my course was non-professional, no package was offered for it. Because it was a non-professional college, no companies were recruited.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities available for my course in the college were very good, with well-furnished classrooms. There were separate labs available for each course for practical work. The hostel facilities were also very good, as it was fully furnished with hygienic food available.
Faculty: The teachers available on the campus for each course were very helpful, as they were highly qualified with the best knowledge. Their teaching quality was the best at that time. They helped each student in their course. The semester exams in the college were not much difficult if the student had studied well.
Other: The course I chose was because of my interest in novels and poetry, as English literature is based on poetry, novels, drama, etc. Yes, one thing that I think should be improved is the smart classes. Many events were held in the college, like cultural activities, sports, and many more.

Reality of Cluster University, Jammu.
Placements: There are zero percent chances of getting placed through the college as the college invites no recruiting companies in the campus. None of my batchmates have been placed in any company, all of them are waiting for the government to offer them jobs to live their lives in a good way.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the academics block of the college is below average as the building was built in 90s and no renovation was done to the building thereafter. The classrooms got no AC or proper fans making it hard for the students to study during summers. Hostels of the college are newly constructed but lack proper internet facility. Besides this, the college also lacks proper smart classes.
Faculty: The teachers are not helpful at all. They are not properly trained and the quality of teaching in this college is very low. The curriculum of the college is not going to make you industry ready. The exams have no fixed schedule and the college conducts exam regularly making it hard for the students to manage.
Other: I have taken B.A. as my course because it’s very helpful for exams such as UPSC and state PCS. Also, I love reading about our history. Talking about the social life at the campus, it's literally zero. The college organizes no fest and they don’t have any kind of farewell or freshers, so all you can do here is study, that too with a lack of infrastructure.

Good environment for civil service aspirants.
Placements: Total 100 students in our course out of more than 4,000 yearly enrollment. I don't think anyone got the placements as it is more of a degree college rather job oriented. Although professors and other staff is good and well educated but placements is not a thing there.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, library and canteen is there. Wi- facility is okay. Library is great but relatively less seats. Fests etc. Are good for interested students. You would love doing so. Great auditorium for various programmes. Everything there was great and memorable.
Faculty: Great faculty and supportive as well. Loved getting taught by them. Curriculum was also good. In line with demand of today's world. Sports activities was also there. Exams were regular but marking scheme was quite hard. So don't expect a great CGPA.
Other: I wanted to study Political Science and got admission in one if uts best colleges, MAM college. Don't have much expectations from this college. Yes it is good but placements is not a thing here. Its good for civil service aspirants as you get amole amount of time to prepare and syllabus isn't much hectic as well.

Had a decent experience in the field of teaching.
Placements: At our college for the B.A. course there were very few placement opportunities given to the students. Hardly 20% of the students get placements. Average package offered for our course was between 2-5 LPA. Top recruiters were from the news and media houses. Top roles offered were content writers, historians, researchers etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has a big and wide campus having all the required facilities. College has different departments for the different courses. College offered average quality facilities to the students. College has big classrooms, labs, and library. College also provided hostel facility to its students. Food at the hostel mess was very good.
Faculty: All the teachers at the college were helpful and qualified. Teachers were knowledgeable and supportive to the students. This course curriculum was relevant and it makes the students industry ready. Exams at our college were easy to pass. Various kinds of contests and other extracurricular activities were organized for the development of the students.

Teachers of our college were highly experienced.
Placements: In our college around hardly 30% students get placements every year. Most of the students opt for higher education. Very few companies visit our college for the placements. Some of the media houses and news agencies visit our college. Average package offered in our course was 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college has a very beautiful campus. Infrastructure is very well maintained and fully developed. College management offered various facilities to its students. The entire college campus has Wi-Fi connectivity. Classrooms of the college were spacious enough and fully air-conditioned. Food of the hostel mess was too good to eat.
Faculty: Yes, Teachers of our college were highly qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers were very supportive and helping students with all possible resources. Course curriculum was relevant and updated recently. Exams of our college were very easy to pass. Various types of extra activities were organized by the teachers.

Life in MAM college Jammu.
Placements: From last two years placements has been started and most of the students got their companies but I don? T have much knowledge after sometime I will keep update this thing after getting a proper record from my senior every year there are good placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is the best the classrooms are best we have smart classrooms we also have library inside the campus which provides all the essential books required for the studies we have separate labs for each department and we do practical after 1st semester the hostel facilities are also good food is also good there also dispensary in our college which is used for medical emergencies or minor issues our college also helps sports performers to enhance their skills and provide them platform.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful the teaching quality is too good. The exams are conducted by the cluster university of Jammu there are mid term exams which are conducted by the college and the level of mid term exams is moderate and the final exams are little difficult.
Other: I choose the course because I have a lot interest in psychology the best things about my course are practical which we do like we got a practical to measure someone? S anxiety. There are various events organised by our college like yuvtrang etc.
