CMRU is not a right choice for learners with true intent.

Placements: The college does not conduct major placement drives as it claims. The companies that visit are not well-known or recognized, and only 2-3 students get placed. The banners claiming students are placed are true but mostly refer to MBA students, not B.Tech. It seems like a marketing gimmick. There are no internship opportunities provided by the college, but they encourage and support students who try to find internships externally. Notable companies that visit occasionally include Byju's, IBM, and ...

Facility and placement opportunities are satisfied.

Placements: The placement is satisfactory but the college does help in getting both a good internship and placement assistance. The highest package recorded was 7 lacs per annum and the average package was 5 lacs per annum. Various clinics, NGOs and a few corporations came for recruitment.

I am highly satisfied with the college but dissatisfied with the hostel.

Placements: About 94% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 13 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 7 LPA. Companies that come to our college are TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Infosys, Flipkart, IBM, and Accenture.

I am disappointed with the infrastructure, campus life, and hostel but faculty members are average.

Placements: The placements in our college are not very good. Only 30% of the students get placed in top companies. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA. They don't give you any internships. They just give you the skill courses to be able to be involved in future internships, which never arrive.

Review of CMR University (School of Engineering and Technology).

Placements: Placements offers are not that good because the passed-out batch was not able to get proper placements. Companies that visit here are also small ones or start-ups. Almost 90% of the students get placed in CSE, but I am not sure about it.

CMR University is good but some issues are being faced as it is in progressing stage.

Placements: We are the first batch students of the college. CMR University was started in the year 2016. So, we are the senior most batch. But, we have been assured that there will be smooth placements in the final semester. We already have a placement officer assigned, and we have several low credit courses which guide us for the placements and interviews.

Not worth the time and money.

Placements: Since 2017, when the first BBA batch was passed out from the college, the placement cell is trying their best to invite companies for placements. However, only a few students were placed as many students have opted for higher studies. A few companies such as CBSI and Accenture, etc., visit the campus for placements.

Average faculty with poor infrastructure and campus.

Placements: The placements offered by the college are average. Some of the companies that visited the campus are E&Y, State Street, Urban Ladder, Zest Money, Jaro Education. Most of the companies came for Customer Support roles. One student was selected for E&Y and five for State Street and Urban Ladder. The average package offered is about Rs. 3 lacks per annum. There is hardly any assistance provided for internships, except for some companies which offer internship and performance-based conversion. Also, ...

Satisfied with the overall facilities.

Placements: The recruitment is good more than 75% of the total students in our batch were able to get placed. A lot of people got jobs in startup online companies where work-from-home opportunities were given and the salaries were low. Others were able to get good jobs in reputed companies.

Our college provides average infrastructure and good teachers but placements are limited.

Placements: Placements were average. Less than 10% of students got placed in our course. The salary packages were also decent. Few jobs were offered in fields like pharmaceuticals.
