Review of CT University (CTU).
Placements: Our college does not provide good placements. It will force you to participate in placements of non-technical posts, and you may not like to do like the Punjab job fair, which includes a job on 10th based. It will force you to join after you get selected.
Infrastructure: Labs are clear. It does not have a dedicated lab for Cyber Security, and they will say that they have it. Staff members cannot even install Linux, so you can imagine what they will teach you. You cannot do self-study in the labs because they will never allow you for anything. I am a day scholar, so I do not know about the hostel facility.
Faculty: Except for 2-3 faculty members, teachers who read PDFs are better than them. They say comments will get printed in C+. HOD, HOS, VC and HOS are not helpful. We have requested many times for getting good faculty members, at least for cybersecurity to VC multiple times, but there are no results.
Other: I suggest you do not trust their words. I am from B.Tech CSE Hons and cyber security from the 2017 first batch. We never get any resource support and good faculty members. They have promised us to provide 8 EC course certifications, for which they charged extra for 8 semesters. But now they are providing us with only 2 certifications. It only charges high fees. I suggest you do B. Tech CSE from any college and university and buy courses from EC council and Udemy, Inc. and follow YouTube for free and amazing content.

Overall, the university is good at all aspects but needs to provide new infrastructural facilities.
Placements: CT University is also known as an industry-driven university. CT University was established in the year 2017. So, there were no placements for any of the student till now. However, CT University conducted a placement drive for the students of other colleges in August. Companies like Byjus visit the university. They also have strong tie-ups with Tata Company. When our batch passes out, there will be a good number of companies visiting CT University for placements.
Infrastructure: As this year is the second year since CT University is established, our campus is not completely built. However, the infrastructure is very good. There are smart classrooms. There are 8 computer labs for students. The library is centrally air-conditioned, but there are a limited number of books related to all subjects. There are good sports facilities provided to students on campus.
Faculty: Overall, our faculty members are well trained and have complete knowledge of the subject. Faculty members of the IT department have to work hard as they don't have enough knowledge about new technology. The course curriculum is very good. We can gain enough knowledge regarding our subjects. Moreover, faculty members also encourage us to do additional online courses. Thus they are very helpful and encouraging.
Other: Events and extracurricular activities are conducted at the university. Last year, CT University had organised various competitions in which students of other colleges also participated. Scholarships are provided on the basis of marks scored in the 12th exam.

A good university, but the work is still in progress.
Placements: Since the university was established last year and every batch is still new, a couple of companies like Tata and Byju's came to our university. This is an industry driven university and hence works for the students to prepare them for interviews as well as to make them adapt the work culture.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is provided to everyone with a daily quota. Along with that, almost every classroom and lab have a projector. There are three bigger canteens and a smaller one along with a shop for stationery. The labs are equipped with most features, but computers need a bit of work. The university is still working on its infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty members here are well-educated, and many of them also have a PhD. Not all the teachers are very good, most of them do amazing work and are concerned about their students' education. Faculty members in the IT department could work some more on their skills, and we are taken on industrial visits too.
Other: The SC candidates and single girl child are provided scholarships based on the criteria. Along with that, students are given scholarships based on their marks in 12th. Various extracurricular activities are conducted in the university and students from other colleges are invited too.

Overall, the college is good with good infrastructure and facilities but lacking in the faculty.
Placements: I'm the student of the first batch of this university, so until now, there are no placement sessions for us. Our university tied up with many good companies. Still, the university is trying to get tie-up with different good companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is great. When I'm searching for a college, I found this university has the best infrastructure that I have ever seen. The computer labs are well-equipped, and the washrooms are also very clean. The university provides every facility for every type of course. It also has a transportation facility. There is a canteen in our college, but it is not that big. The canteen is very good.
Faculty: The course curriculum is good. The students get industry exposure as they get chances to visit different industries. With this, students learn how the work is actually done in industry. For faculty members, I would rate 5 out of 10 because some of the teachers are very good, but some are just annoying as they don't know how to teach. Some of the teachers in our college are awesome.
Other: The university provides scholarships to SC students. Our college conducts lots of sports activities and extracurricular activities.
