The infrastructure of the college is good.

Placements: The placements are not that great, but people bag many good paying jobs from here. If you're good, you will get a nice placement, that's for sure. The placement isn't the best attraction of the college, but it's okay. You need to find your own way here.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, poor placements, good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placements are not good at all. Companies come only to hire CSE students. For biotechnology only TCS is There. I am about to pass my college and still I have no job in my hands. Same was the case with our seniors. The highest salary offered was 6lacs but was only for CSE. Students are offered the roles of training and placement coordinator and volunteers but it is of no use because they also do not get placed.

Bit satisfied not fully, Bad placements in electrical department. No core placements.

Placements: Placements are not that good for electrical Discipline only 1 or 2 company comes and that too IT companies. Placement coordinator need to focus on bringing more and more core companies to the campus either through the internship programme or via the projects performed by students.

I would not recommend this engineering college to anyone.

Placements: The college arranges placements for their students. The companies which come here are generally not well-reputed. The companies which visit the college offer below average package, due to which the students do not want to take seats during the placements.

Dissatisfied because of infrastructure.

Placements: Not very good placements mainly tcs does the maximum recruitment in only 3 -4 Lacs. Though fidelity also visited the campus but it took only CS students and some more companies like this visited the campus. Higher packages are not offered though the students admitted are off good ranks.

Good staff and infrastructure, but I am dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: In the previous batch, there was 100% placement record. But in our batch, there was hardly any student who got placed. In my batch, no student got placed. There was only one Merchant Navy company which was genuine and gave 1 lakh per month. Otherwise, no such good brand visited the college.

Dissatisfied with the faculty, placements, and the rest are fine on the campus.

Placements: The placements on the campus have a poor structure. Every year, only one or two companies visit the campus for the placements like TCS and Fidelity. The TOP is not cooperative to the students, and no efforts are made by the TPO to attract the companies for the placements. Only a few students get placed here, and those who got placed don't go in their mainstream, and all have to do is to go with the IT-sector. I recommend this university for computer and electronic engineering only.

Hindu college of Engineering.

Placements: The placements at the college were quite good. Many of our seniors got selected by different companies that visited the college. Students also get recruitment from The Indian Army. So ypu can expect a good placement frim the college. Companies offered jobs to CSE, ME, CIVIL, EE AND ECE students with a good package.

I am satisfied with the college placement, average teachers and nice infrastructure.

Placements: The placement is good. I got placed in TCS from there. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Fidelity, Hike, Trident and Samsung come for the placement. Out of 72 students in our computer science batch, 55 got placed in different companies. Also, students who have gone for M.Tech are also placed in good companies.

I would not prefer anyone to choose this college as there are no placements, and results are poor.

Placements: The placements are not good. Only 1-2 startup companies visited the college and were paying fewer salaries than the market. Even our senior batch had a complaint with the placements. DCRUST University does not support our college in placements. TPO and director are too lazy to even consider it from there side. Also, Hindu management is busy on their own.

Satisfied with the placements in 2018.

Placements: The overall placement for CSE and ECE is 90%, but for other branches, it is lower than 50%. The average package offered to students varies from 3-4 LPA. The mass recruiting company which visit the campus each year is TCS which offers a package of 3.36 LPA to B.Tech students and 3.70 LPA to M.Tech students. Even I got offer letter from TCS. Placements: The faculty is helpful in placement of students. Efforts are made, good value companies are invited for students to be get placed in those companies. Tips and courses are also offered to clear the interviews when I was doing B.Tech in the college. 5 6 students got placed in my senior batch of same stream. Salaries offered are from 8k to 15k.

A fair review of GIET, being a student of this college.

Placements: The placement chances are very rare as few companies come to the college. So on that behalf, the college is just not that good where someone could build his/her future, and the companies which come in the college for placements are not that reputed, so for placements, it is not a good option.

I would not recommend this university for B.Tech in CSE.

Placements: The placement of this university is quite good. But the salary package is very low. Few students (9 students) were placed with the cost to company (CTC) of 5 lacs per annum in Fidelity. Approximately 25 students were placed in Tata consultancy services with CTC of 3.3 lacs per annum. Two students were placed in LibSys with CTC of 6 lacs per annum.

Placements: The placement was good for our batch and our senior batch also. 40 percent of the students were selected. Rs. 10,000 is the highest salary offered to the students. The companies like Genpact, Business development etc., visited the campus. Different students got different roles according to the companies.

The highest package is around 8 LPA, and the lowest is around 2.5 LPA. The average package is around 3.5 LPA. There is placement cell, but it is not so much efficient.

This college is very good with good placement in 2016.

Placements: The placements are not up to the mark in the college. There is a very low possibility of getting placements from this college. Last year, companies like HCL and Accenture came for a drive, but this time there were hardly 2 (I really don't remember their names), and their pay scale was low as well. So, if you want a placement or are looking for placements after engineering, then this college is not for you.

We have a great infrastructure, good facilities but there is a lack of the placements.

Placements: For CSE, the placement is 90% to 95%. TCS is the mass recruiter with an average package of Rs. 3.8 lakhs per annum. Apart from TCS, we have companies like Fidelity, Lipsys, India Mart, etc., which also recruited 20, 3 and 2 students respectively with a decent package ranging from Rs. 6 lakhs per annum to Rs. 8 lakhs per annum. The attendance is not an issue in CSE branch. So, you can even prepare for the higher exams.
