Good faculty members, average placements for production branch, good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Around 32.86% of students were placed in 2024 from the production branch. The highest salary package offered for 2024 was 31 LPA. The lowest salary pacakge offered is 6 LPA. The average salary package offered is 12.32 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Adobe, Amazon, Google, etc. Around 5% of students got internships in 1st year till now. We can definitely go for mechanical jobs in Maruti and other automotive companies.

It is a good college at a good rank group for home-state students with good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are good as compared to other colleges of the same rank or same league. We are low as compared to NSUT, but the overall placements are good. We can get help for placements and all. Overall, placements rate is good, and average placements are good too.

The okayish college for design

Placements: For our batch, the placements are not good at all. It is very different from what is being advertised on public platforms and should not be taken for reference. But the situation might get better as my juniors are getting much better opportunities on campus than we got for our batch.

The best college: Delhi Technological University.

Placements: Like, if we see mechanical engineering, almost 70% of students were placed, and the average package in mechanical engineering was around 11 LPA, with the highest around 26 LPA. But in tech branches, the average package offered was almost 20 LPA, with the highest at 86 LPA. Top recruiting companies in my course were Maruti Suzuki, Hero, and Maharatna companies such as ONGC, BHEL, SAIL, and many more government bodies.

Partially satisfied but doesn't have that level of facilities that IIT has.

Placements: In my batch, there are 75 students. I don't know much about packages as I haven't been informed about placements this year. I will be seeking placement, so I don't have accurate answers at the moment. Currently, no one knows if the internship opportunities are good. The cutoff is requested to be above 9, which may cause many students to continue without an internship.

Delhi Technological University is a good choice for engineering.

Placements: Placement in DTU is pretty good; I don't know the exact value of total students placed but it's approximately 75% plus. The highest package in DTU is more than 1 crore, and the average is around 10 - 11 lacs per annum. Internships are pretty good. The average stipend given is 25000. Majorly tech-based companies are recruiting.

Placements: In civil engineering, around 40% of students sit for college placements. In 2023, the highest package offered was 18 LPA, but it varies annually. On-campus recruiting companies, especially for civil, are L&T, Tata Projects, Godrej, JCB, etc. In addition to these, companies like Amazon, Adobe, and Microsoft also allow all students for placements. Placements: Even if the recession had an impact on overall placements this year, several organisations still came to the campus. The typical compensation package offered in CSE is 19 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 80 LPA. Most students consider off-campus placements to be the criterion for internships. Placements on campus are extremely difficult.

Top companies include Adobe, Amazon, Brain, Texas Instruments, Samsung, and many such giants. The percentage of internships in the core is relatively low, but the internship stipends are good, though the competition is cutthroat. Honest review of DTU (usme) by a 1st year student.

Placements: As my course was offered just 2 years ago, there is no data available about placement. We have to maintain an 8.5 CGPA to sit in placement. However, there are plenty of internship opportunities, which means college management is serious about student placement.

Placements: Okay, so placements for this year, as told by our seniors (because I am in the first year), are good compared to last year. Approximately 80% of students who were eligible for placements have been placed. The average package as of yet seems to be around 21.5 LPA for the software branch. The highest has gone around 64 LPA. Internships are a bit hard to get due to the competition; however, if you have skills, you'll get a decent internship on campus.

Placements: This time, about 80 percent of students were placed, and the average package of the ECE branch is 16.60 LPA, which is good, I think. The highest package is 85.60 LPA, secured by 4 students, one of whom is from the ECE branch itself. All major companies come for recruiting in DTU, like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, and many more.
