It is the best college in India.
Placements: It is one of the best colleges for studies. It has the best placements in India. The highest salary package offered ranges from 20-30 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 7-8 LPA. Companies like Apple, Microsoft, Realme, Samsung, Adani, etc., visit the college to recruit students. The internship campaign is held every year.
Infrastructure: All the basic to advanced facilities are available in the college. It has proper conditioning of grounds and a park, maintained departments, classrooms, a huge auditorium, and regular events. Wi-Fi is available all around the campus. The quality of food is brilliant with low prices.
Faculty: Semester exams are average and easy to pass by studying just before the exams. The course curriculum is relevant because they only provide particular courses in the college which focuses only on commerce background. Major teachers are kind and helpful.

SRCC : The dream of many!
Placements: Around 80% of the students who actively sit for placements get at least one offer. The highest package is 30 LPA for 2024-25 placements, the lowest being 4 LPA, and the average is 10 LPA. McKinsey, BCG, Bain & Co., and the Big 4 are the top recruiters. 10% of students who apply for internships get offers on campus. The top roles offered are Investment Banking Analyst, Management Consultant, Business Analyst, and Associate.
Infrastructure: All the classes and libraries are air-conditioned. SRCC has the biggest sports complex in the University of Delhi. There's Wi-Fi available everywhere. There's a swimming pool as well. There are two blocks of hostels for boys and one for girls. The mess food is quite diverse and good in quality. The hostel seats are only 10% of the actual batch size.
Faculty: Teachers here teach fairly well. They are highly qualified, some of them having degrees from universities abroad. The curriculum is the same as the entire Delhi University. It's okay in terms of relevance to the industry. The semester exams are easy if one is an SRCC student. One can easily grasp the concepts one week before the exams.
Other: The course has more relevance than arts and social sciences in the industry. The roles offered here are more lucrative. The crowd of the college is quite competitive, and therefore there's enormous scope for growth through the years.

Admission eligibily, infrastructure, value of course and teachers, should I choose or not?
Placements: I'm currently studying in SOL DU. Here, the selection process is not as tough as regular courses. You just need to have passed your 10+2 schooling or equivalent with at least minimum marks. You'll have classes every Sunday, and colleges are the same as for regular students.
Infrastructure: SOL is providing us classes every Sunday, but there is literally no availability for the library, Wi-Fi, etc. The classrooms and colleges are the same as for regular students and are systematic as well, but there are some colleges in which there are no availabilities.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are qualified as they are the same as regular course teachers, and they are helpful only when you are willing for help; you have to reach out, of course. As of my knowledge, the exams are the same as for regular students, and the pass percentage is also the same for both modes. Difficulty will always depend on the level of your preparation.
Other: According to me, if you're willing to do any side course or job, only then you should choose your courses from distance learning; if not, then kindly go with regular courses.

This college has good infrastructure as they are taking care of the facilities.
Placements: In our college, there are many students who score 98/99%, and some are failed also, but on average, a student can get a minimum of 50% and a maximum of 80%. Many companies recruit from our college, such as Tata, Reliance, Birla, etc. Around 40% of the students got an internship from our course. The top roles offered in our course were Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, etc.
Infrastructure: There are many Wi-Fi networks that can be used by students. The computer lab is amazing, and the library in the morning is nice, but in the evening, it is poor; some books are not available in the evening. I got amazing food and sanitation in my hostel. I would say that my hostel has very healthy and delicious meals, and if they cannot provide, they allow us to eat anywhere we want, and they pay the bill.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable, and they help us a lot, except for some. Yes, this course is very important. Semester exams are really hard; you have to get at least 60%. Many students don’t even know the date sheet of the exams because of the absence of a notice board. I think there is an absence of a notice board. Students have to check various notices about the college and the exams.
Other: I want to become a businessman, and this course provides all the information about business.

An average college in Nehru Nagar .
Placements: The placements at PGDAV College are average. The average package is around INR 4 LPA. I feel this is very less. The top recruiting companies are Havells, SunPharma, Cell, Bata, Paytm etc. The placement rate is 80% only. Top roles include consulting, finance and accounting.
Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure and a lot of facilities and amenities. The facilities include a budgetary canteen, air-conditioned classrooms, labs, and library. The college is also at a close proximity to the bus stand. There is also a huge playground.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and are there for us. They help us learn in the easiest way but however do not give good marks in the exam. Strict checking is there. The course curriculum is very relevant. The semester exams in the college are not too difficult.

At Shivaji College, if you fail the internal exam, nothing to worry about, teachers give you another chance to give internal exams, and even they provide questions that would be coming in internals which helps a lot in getting good marks for students.
