Review of Pannalal Girdharlal Dayanand Anglo-Vedic College (Evening), University of Delhi.
Placements: I have only listened from my seniors about the placements, and all they said was that only one or two students from our course are placed, and it is night duty. The package is less and there are no internships as such. But if you want to get good placement in this field, then you have to pursue masters from a good college.
Infrastructure: No Wi-Fi facility, internet also works at low speed, classrooms have dim lights, and at night it is not very good; the seats (of wood) and walls of classrooms are not that good; no hostel facility by college; the canteen is good; and about sports facilities, sometimes they do not issue balls. Labs are good, but in one lab sometimes wifi doesn't work, and due to the increased number of students, some have to sit and watch the screens of others. The library is good, and anyone can issue any book, but if the book is not available, you will have to wait for a week or two.
Faculty: Curriculum and exams are good. All the teachers are qualified and are knowledgeable. Some teachers are so good they will help you with everything, but there are some teachers who don't take interest in teaching and don't mind what everyone is doing until you disturb the class. The curriculum is relevant as math is not that dynamic. The semester exams are pretty much ok if you study only two days before exams; you can pass, but for a high CGP, you will have to study consistently. The passing percentage is the same as other colleges in Delhi University.
Other: I chose this course just to complete my graduation. The best thing about my course can be being able to proof obvious results theorems and corollaries. It should have a good placement cell for events and festivals also.

PGDAV Evening has an environment friendly campus with proper air purifier machine
Placements: Placements are average. Not a lot, but few companies come for internship and job opportunities. Mostly students from commerce subjects think of working ahead and others from science, go for Masters. Mostly students join this college to work in the morning and come back to attend the college.
Infrastructure: PGDAV Evening has an environment friendly campus with proper air purifier machine installed in it. We have one of the best canteens in DU. There's no hostel facility. The ground is quite huge which makes this college different from others. We also have a ground for fun.
Faculty: In the first year, you will get mostly guest faculty members with less experience. So, you have to bear with that. But from second year onwards, senior associate faculty members of the college teach you, so the overall experience is quite worthy. Getting taught from such teachers is a blessing for sure.
Other: Fests are organised here are often but for limited students of the colleg. However, the events organised are of top class.

    P.G.D.A.V. College - A nice college.
Placements: I don't know as I'm in the first semester of this college, but yes, there is a placement wall in the building. It was not so good for placement, but for college life, it is better. You have to find better friends to enjoy it, and many students only give attention to studies.
Infrastructure: I'm a mathematics student, and there is a PC lab so that we can perform practicals of subjects like Probability. There is no hostel in the building, neither for girls nor for boys. They have to buy their fate or their rooms to live, or if you are from Delhi, you can travel.
Faculty: Yes, the faculty is very nice. Their teaching method is very interesting, and they give a better understanding. The faculty is very good; they give us a better future, and they are on time for daily classes. Not just one, but all teachers are the best in their subjects.

My college is very good and staff is very nice and helpful .
Placements: The placement is nice for students many companies in come college for placement And students get a job The minimum percentage is placement is required above 70 percentage in graduation The roles is teaching and managing department and many other roles.
Infrastructure: Yes wi-fi is available in canteen, classrooms, playground, library. And drinking water is purify and cold. Canteen is very good the food quality is very good in minimum prices, canteen area is very good and very space No hostel provided by the college.
Faculty: Teaching quality is very good and very helpful teacher in campus. Although student don't learning in course is passing in examination is very difficult but the passing percentage is 35 percentage. Internal marks is very important tu making the good percentage.
Other: I like mathematics so I chose this course Campus is very good and nice crowd in my session.

Your sanctuary for the next three years.
Placements: The Campus Placement Cell of St. Stephen's College is a student society. It is a very active and readily accessible. It brings probably the largest number of placements as compared to all other colleges of Delhi University. Almost all the courses get the placement opportunities. In the field of B.Sc. Hons. Chemistry there are opportunities for placement but they are too few after the undergraduate degree. The average package may range from 5~6 Lacs. But most of the students prefer to go for further education. As for internships there are many chances of getting them. Most of the undergraduates apply for intern ships and get them in reputed institution as TIFR, IISC, IIT. 3 students from 1st year got selected for HOMI BHABHA CENTRE FOR Science EDUCATION, TIFR recently. Out of about 420 admissions per year 80 sutdents are placed.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is quite good. It has a seperate Science block with large and well furnished classrooms. Rooms have proper ventilation and each room have at least two AC's. Chemistry department have two labs for undergraduate students and seperate labs for teachers which have ample equipments. Library of St. Stephen's College is quite large and have over thousands of books. The library is divided into seperate section for each course. It has seating capacity of about 100 students. College provides e-library and Wi-Fi which works at an average quality. Getting residence in college is quite difficult but those who get are the lucky ones. There the facilities are good and the ambience of the college is tranquilizing. Cafeteria is quite big and Science dhaba is seperate for Science block. It has a Gym, large football ground and space for all other sort of sorts.
Faculty: Faculty for our course is lively and they will be with you in the times of need they are teachers for their role in college and behave as your guide almost all the time. We should feel free to contact them any time we need them and which all of them have excelled. All the teachers who teach us have a doctorates. They are no doubt knowledgeable and are really experienced. The course curriculum makes a student to be able to fave the society and make necessary corrections to it teaches human values and makes us understand the necessity of being virtuous. Chemistry honours course provides the insight in all aspects of chemistry and to build a solid foundation in the subject to choose a career in academics and research.
Other: Chemistry is the branch of Science that fascinates me the most. The smell of chemicals in chemistry laboratory gives me pleasure. Understanding chemistry requires analytical and problem solving mind examining and interpreting results and making evaluation based on limited information and these qualities I possess. The curriculum of my course best as it starts from the fundamental and gets bigger slowly. The college is the north campus which is surrounded by many other colleges and thus its fests and crowd are very good. There are more than 50 societies in the college and events occur almost regularly in the college. Many scholarships are provided by the college, out of about 420 admissions 100 students gets full tuition fee reimbursement.

I am dissatisfied with the faculty and their teaching style. It provides great training.
Placements: Generally, students from our course do not attend for placements, but the placement to student ratio is 1:10. Job profile offered to us is generally of data scientists or based on the technical skills that you have achieved throughout your course. In our batch, only one out of 5 students who applied for internship got selected at Deutsche Bank. Overall below 10% of students got an internship if we include those who do not apply for these.
Infrastructure: We always will have a problem with the infrastructure of our hostel in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The college provides separate lecture theaters for science classes which are good enough. You will spend your most of the time there, and it is comfortable. Moreover our labs are somewhat old in terms of apparatus and methods we use.
Faculty: In terms of faculty, the college is far better than other Delhi University colleges, but still, students feel that they are not qualified enough. Some teachers are exceptional though which are maintaining their bar. The course curriculum is too hectic, and you won't enjoy your college life. The college conducts classes from 9 am to 1 pm, and then they conduct labs of 3 hours in which our whole time will be finished. But despite these negatives in this college, our department trains an individual to be industry-ready.
Other: Scholarships offered to students are pretty normal. Events organised are not that open, but they are good enough.
