Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory Subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects in year 2023, 2024 conducted by respective Boards. Candidates should have secured the mentioned marks in the Class 12th examination or be in the top 20 percentile in Class 12th examination conducted by respective Boards. Candidates who are appearing in the Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2025 irrespective of their age, are also eligible. Note: List of qualifying examination(QE): i). The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central/ State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi; etc. ii). Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University. iii). Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy iv). Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects. v). Any Public School/ Board/ University examination in India or any foreign country is recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). vi). Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination. vii). A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 years duration. viii). Our institute is newly stabilized but it earned a decent position between all IIT, NIT, and IIT.

Placements: The most important and best thing about the institute is its placement. Our institute has a record of 100% placement. The average package is 7-8 LPA. Our super senior batch got the highest package of 43 LPA. Many students got selected for the GATE examination every year. Many students are selected by Amazon, Infosys, Goldman Sachs, Flipkart, and many reputed companies. Many students got an internship as well as pre-placement offers- PPO in foreign companies.

Infrastructure: We have 24 hours internet connection in our hostel. All classrooms, labs, and libraries are air-conditioned. I will rate mess food as 3 because sometimes they provide tasty food and sometimes they provide not eatable food. Canteen food is tasty and cost-effective. On-campus, we have a football ground, cricket ground, basketball court, volleyball court, and auditorium. In the hostel, there are badminton court and a common room for table tennis. Every year a sports fest Aarambh is organised.

Faculty: Faculty members of our institute are too helpful and knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant for the preparation for higher studies as well as placements. Every semester we will do a project as well as a course project. Every year there is an academic event organised to prepare us for industrial things. Many entrepreneur events are organised by the entrepreneur cell of the institution.

Other: I have chosen this course because I have a huge interest in computer science and technology. The specialty of our institute is its awesome curriculum and facilities. The reason behind choosing the institute is the facilities provided by the institute hostel facility, and 24 availability of internet connections, sports grounds, etc.

Placements: Every year we are maintaining the streak of 100% placements, which is so encouraging to future batch. Mostly service based hire greater number of students and few product based. It's a good college even for higher studies. Top recruiters like Amex, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, microsoft and many more.

Infrastructure: Hostels are decent. I can say far better from purely government colleges. Because as we pay money for accommodation we get spacious rooms, eatable food jk, LAN to every room. Classrooms are also quite good all are air conditioned. Overall it is fine to live here.

Faculty: Curriculum is so good here, I can say that best part of our college. I feel so better when compared to others colleges. We get taught with core courses right from our first semester. Faculty are good enough to clear exams. If you really want to learn something you have to do it on your own .

Good and Basic packages, average infrastructure, low college life.

Placements: Students who has shown interest in placements are 70% and out of those 100% are placed. Another 20% are interested in M. Teach GATE and the other are going for higher studies or preparing for civil. The highest package was 85LPA by rashi bhagga in CSE. In DSAI branch it was 46 and in ECE it is 44LPA. The Median package is as follows CSE-16;ECE-12 ;DSAI-13. One thing about IIIT NR is it has better INTERNSHIPS. Our collhas better network and every year Industry-Academia meet happens where industry experts interact with all the students of the college in Auditorium.

Infrastructure: IIIT NR has the basic eminitees which most of the 2nd tier IIIT's have like IIIT sricity, IIIT DHARWAD, IIIT NAGPUR. In terms of infrastructure it is the best which AJEE student of rank in range 20-30k can opt for. The main reason behind this is:Most of the IIITs have the proper funding but IIIT NR has NTPC funding. So NTPC tries up with this college and also gets 15% of the seats reserved. But that bond term is going to end soon like in 1-2 years and it will be like 50% CHATTISGARH QUOTA and 50% JEE Main. Mess was good all the time except on Monday but we can adjust by going to canteen. Wi-Fi was above avg and all the classrooms and labs are with AC. There was only one sports ground. On weekends we play cricket and at every night we play football. There is also a seperate cricket net.

Faculty: IIIT NR has IIIT-Bangalore as it mentor. They design the course structure in such a way that students are trained in their respective fields right from the beginning of their course. Students of both CSE and ECE are thought same subjects for 4 seems. Then they are free to choose their electives. From 5th sem they are allowed to choose electives based on their field of interest. In other institutes of NITs students are taught the subjects which are not at all useful to them. For eg: A student of CSE is taught Mechanics, drawing, etc. Which is not a computer Science student does not require.

Other: Fests like technovate and sports fest like aarambh happen in IIITNR. I want to tell Shiksha team that have written all my experience of all these years in one text. So I expect atleast 200 rs as a reasonable pay.

Review of IIIT Naya Raipur.

Placements: Placements offered are very great with a good growth over the few years. The average salary package was 25 LPA and the highest salary package was 47 LPA. This year it is estimated to increase. Top hiring companies are American Express, TCS, and Microsoft. In our college apart from placement there are many other opportunities like many people are freelancers and many gained Internships.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very well with all the required facilities. There is a computer programming lab, VLSI lab, data science lab, and separate labs for the ECE section as well. All of our systems are well-equipped and have extreme graphics. Library has a digital portal system with varieties of novels and books. Hostels are not so well-equipped. There are no good sports facilities with a badminton court. The quality of food served in the mess is decent and sometimes it tastes very bad. There is a good football ground, cricket grounds, and basketball court. There are also residence facilities for teachers. College is decent.

Faculty: The majority of teachers give assignments. Few teachers are helpful. Some of them are from IIIT and some are from other institutes. There are guest faculty members from different colleges every year. The syllabus is good but it is very rushed because there are 9 courses in the 1st semester with only 3 months to complete. The curriculum is very hectic. Many interesting subjects are taught but time is a major constraint. There is relative grading. Regular assignments and quizzes are conducted. Semester exams are tough but can be easy if learned before.

Other: Campus life is not so enjoyable. I chose CSE because of its opportunities. College would be better if there were fewer courses. There are scholarship facilities for SC, ST, or OBC students. There is a variety of clubs and different events being hosted. College is new so the events are not that great. There is a wide variety of clubs. The college is located on the outskirts of the city so this can be a major issue. We usually go to sector 27 which is 4.5 km from college.

Very good college. If you work hard, You will succeed.

Placements: As this is a recession year, many did not get placements, but there is no official news from the college. American Express is the top recruiter. Internship is a personal thing, and I cannot share accurate information as it is not officially released by the college. Software development is the top role offered in my course.

Infrastructure: Good infrastructure for fees. Good Wi-Fi facilities, labs, and library. Quality food in the mess and canteen. But a dispensary is not available 24/7. Mess food may not be suitable for South students as the dishes are highly different, but good quality is maintained all over.

Faculty: Highly professional lecturers. A perfect curriculum is updated every year, and only relevant and useful subjects are taught. Semester exams in my college are very easy if you study hard. But it's difficult to get A+. However, it is possible. Low scorers can easily get good grades or pass marks if they start the preparation for exams even a week before.

Other: CSE is ever-green and demanding course at present.
