Placements: There are good number of students that are getting enrolled into the biotechnology programme in GIETU. 12 lpa is the highest, 6 lpa is the average and 3.25 lpa is the lowest. Top recruitment is done by Wipro, TCS, highradiua and others too

Placements: 95% of students were placed in this course. The highest package offered is 7 to 8 LPA, the average package is 4 to 5 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 to 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Piaggio, Surya International Pvt., Ltd., Deepak Fertilizer etc.

Placements: The training and placement cell is actively providing good no. of placement to the deserving candidates. It gives the training to students through PPT and technical class skills through 3rd year on wards for B.tech students so that students are able to prepare for the interview and placement.

Placements: Almost 90% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Zodus Biotech, Pulsus, etc., that visit our campus to hire students. Around 60% of students got internships.

Placements: The placement drive is conducted in the fourth year, just before the end of the 7th semesters' exams. The first company that visited the campus was TCS, and about 500 batchmates appeared for it. Out of them, 101 students got selected, and 44 students were from the mechanical branch. Placements: The placement percentage is high, but about half of the students are placed in startup companies. Not many MNCs recruit here. On average, a student secures placement with a package of 3 Lacs per annum. The college is great regarding studies but has issues with placements. Not many MNCs come for placements. The hostel infrastructure is average, but it provides decent food services.

Placements: GIETU placements in 2020 have concluded with a total of 686 students getting placed. It is the best university in eastern India for campus placements. The highest CTC offered was 10 LPA. In addition, it is honoured as a placement college in eastern India awards in 2020, by the government of India.

Placements: For the batch of 2017-2021, the placements for computer science were average. I don't remember the highest and the lowest salary packages offered, but the average salary package offered is around 2.5 LPA to 3.0 LPA. But the work-life in those companies is not very good. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is about 3.25 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3.75 LPA. Top roles offered are a data analyst, software engineer and developer in great companies and new startups. A lot of students got placed in TCS.

Placements: Above 90% of the students got placed. The highest package offered is 6-7 LPA. Companies like Miliman, Mindtree, Cognizant, etc., and some local companies came to the college. The lowest package offered is 4 LPA. For a good internship, you need to prefer off-campus. They need to increase the packages. Some students are also trying to get placed through off-campus.

Placements: Talking about the field of placement, GIET University is the best engineering college in Western Odisha. The average placement percentage is 90%. However, the package is not that impressive still students manage to get a placement. The top companies are TCS, Cognizant, Hexaware. The only problem with our college is the placement package is not satisfactory.

Placements: From our university, the average percentage of students get placed after completing their graduation is 95%. Among all the students, most of the students get placed after their studies in companies of their respective branches. Mostly from our branch, about 98% of the students get placed after their graduation.
