I got here with a lot of expectations. Some got fulfilled, some didn't. But by educational aspect, this college is great as this is my 3rd year here and I enjoyed the curriculum a lot and expecting it to get more enjoyable by each passing day. One will get a lot of time to do extracurricular activities which includes quizzing, writing, sports and other stuff. Ragging is strictly prohibited here.

It is a wonderful college if you want to enjoy your life. Situated beside river Ganga it provides a beautiful scenery. Based on ancient Gurukula system it helps you in your endeavors. The teacher works as a guide and provides help in all the retrospect. The campus is lush green with esteemed faculties and vast library and playground. The college provides all round growth. The campus placement is pretty well. There are many companies who visit here for hiring students like TCS, HCl, emc2 etc. If ...

As per infrastructure is concerned, the college has a big campus but not well oriented. Classrooms are not so much good but are well for study. The library contains only course related books. Sports seems to happen sometimes in the campus. The hostel is well-furnished. Placement statistics is very poor. No company visits the college. Only TCS and some other small companies visits the campus for recruitment and average package is around 3 LPA. Faculty is experienced but their teaching style is no...

Infrastructure: - College facilities are very bad. Only the classrooms, playgrounds, and library are good. It provides hostel only for 1st-year students. Though labs are available but there are no teachers. Some teachers are present but they are versed with bookish knowledge only. Placements: - Students pursuing CS branch gets the placement facility. The max package that one can get as CS student is nearly 4 lakhs / year. But, according to my friends who are in the CS branch, the teachers are ...

GKV University is a deemed University and it is also one of the oldest universities in India .Admissions in B-Tech is through the IIT Mains exam (previously AIEEE), both the University and the B-Tech campus are located on the highway at a small distance. The hostels are located in the university campus. It is a complete non-co-educational college for boys. The fee is very low in comparison to the facilities and placements, the college provides. The hostel facility is good in terms of living faci...

There is nothing good here. The only good thing is, you are going to have ample of time for every other thing during your 4 year college life. Passing B.tech from here is very easy. Just go through last 2 yeras question paper & score above 60. Engineering college is far away from the main university & this makes campus life boring. No hostel facilities for everyone. Life is worse than school life. Take admission only if you want a B.Tech degree with least efforts & only degree is what you want

The one thing is sure to notice when the student enters the campus of the college that is the impressive academic building. However, the students often crib is that the campus is small as compared to other b-schools. There is no ground available for outdoor activities such as cricket and football, forcing students to be content with indulging in indoor sports. The college has comfortable classrooms. The professors at this b-school are strict when it comes to academics and students are permitted ...

College is good, and Faculty Members are also good well educated, with Post-Graduate Degree. And, Examinations are held in a strict manner and classes are also conducted on regular basis. And if your attendance will be below 60 % then you are not able to sit in the exams. The Campus is also good, teachers teach in a very good manner. Every month a Guest Faculty Member come from other college for Guest Lectures. Moreover, College also has a Research Center.

My College have a good infrastructure and lab, it is a government institution but the education such a nice quality, and it has also low fee structure so that’s why totally worth studying here. And many faculty belongs to IIT College. They very helpful in every matter and supporting everywhere. Placement of my college is also good.

This is the worst college, not even co-ed, and the campus is quite bad. No companies visit for placements, only TCS comes and takes around 30-40 student. Bad canteen, no sports facilities, bad infrastructure, no Wi-Fi, facilities are only for namesake. The campus is in a rural area, transportation to and from college is difficult. The exam pattern has room for improvement, the tech-fest is not great, and the classrooms are dingy.

Infrastructure, environment and freedom are good. Faculties are efficient and friendly. Don't expect appreciable research work around. Placements here are not a bang. You will have to crack GATE/CAT/GRE/GMAT if you want a proper orientation in your career. Last but not least, if you aren't from Hindi speaking background tries not to prefer this college as many here face a problem in around the campus.

This is the best college in Haridwar Uttarakhand to study and I am proud to be a student here. It is worth the money we pay. Outer area is less crowded. Placement is zero. Faculty is good. Ground is big and no teacher is bad. Everyone is supportive. We enjoyed our time there and hope you also enjoy good time. Don’t waste your time, just study and work hard to do your best.

It is a fantastic college, nice teaching faculty, good facilities and nice location. There is no pollution due to nearby greenery. They have the best teaching faculty consisting of experienced teachers. But one thing you need to know is that the college is just like a government college so even though it is all good but buildings are not timely maintained. But overall, facilities provided are good.

Did my engineering from here because wanted to stay near parents. Very average college with average faculty. Only some teachers are good, only 2-3. Rest all has made Gurukul their home to stay & do nothing. Professors are running different kind of business like MLM, Tuitions & even working in coaching institutes. If some professors really want to help, they have very limited capabilities (hope you understand). There is political situation throughout the university. If you want to improve somethi...

A very good faculty and educational environment. I got admission trough AIEEE. The faculty members and dean are full cooperative. Peaceful environment, so many skill competition use to be done by us and financially supported by Dean of faculty. A special placement cell is there. Just there is tough to take placement for EEE branch, you have to try for off-campus.

Apart from being the oldest running university of the country it also has Vedic values in its curriculum. It has various faculty members in the campus but the engineering faculty’s campus is located 5 km away from the main campus that's because due to space constraints, I guess.
